Perfect location in the heart of Yerevan. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Sometimes during the night, there was a loud music noise, probably from an adjacent bar, which was relatively annoying.

Location, cleanliness and budget

The hotel itself is great for the money: new furniture, spacious room, clean, good location (next to restaurants street). It's good if you're a smoker.

If you're unlucky with your "neighbours" on the same floor and they smoke inside then you're in trouble: the smoke gets into your room and there is almost no way to get it out. The hotel ventilation is bad and because of that smoke lingers on the floor and across the whole hotel. I couldn't stay long in the room because I was getting a headache. To make things worth, the staff is not willing to do anything to solve the problem despite their claims that the hotel is non-smoking.

Despite being located right in the center of Yerevan, the room I stayed in was very quiet and noise-proof from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is well-commended for the warmth and amicable reception upon check-in -- and continued daily whenever I passed by them whether at the start of the day or upon retiring to my room. The room is very spacious and clean, including the comfort room. The wi-fi connection is also impeccable. I will definitely be coming back and will stay at A Hotel again. Additional advantages: The location of the hotel is superb! Just a 5-min walk to Republic Square and also a 5-min walk to North Avenue. Lots of restaurants around to choose from and eat in. Very near popular restaurants. Getting around the city to visit the Cascade, Armenian Genocide Museum, St. Gregory the Illuminator Church, and Mother Armenia can be easily reached by installing the Yandex app and booking taxis. Transportation around Yerevan is very affordable via Yandex! Additional information: Supermarket: There is a supermarket just on the left side (when facing the hotel) of the building complex where the hotel is located which is very convenient. Money exchange: Currency exchange is of the best competitive value in SAS Supermarket (google map search the nearest branch) or just a 10-min walk to Baldi shoe store (there is a currency exchange inside the store) located at the corner of Tumanyan and Abovyan streets (also pinned in google maps). Never exchange in the airport! SIM card: You can purchase a SIM card at the airport (i.e. Beeline now Team Telecom) right after exiting immigration and right after exiting customs. There are generally two kinds of data packages and they are very affordable. You may pay by credit card. Never ever exchange your USD or Euro at the airport! Once SIM is installed, you may download the Yandex app and book your taxi to the city center. Do not ever engage with taxi drivers outside the airport for they will rip you off.

Internet did NOT worked at all. Manager said “sorry” but did not give any alternatives. Said the next morning it would work but it did NOT work. Improve this ASAP

Great location, right in the city center but in a quiet street. Spacious, clean room.

The bed was extremely hard, which made it very difficult to fall asleep. The AC was in the corner of the room, far away from the bed, which also made sleeping hard (there was a heat wave where temperatures reached 105F). The housekeeping service was inconsistent. On the first night after check in, I found that there were no towels in my room. The receptionist was only able to give me bath mats to use because he couldn't find any towels at that time. On another day, the housekeeping took away the bath mat without replacing it, so I had to go ask reception for a new one.

Cosy, nice hotel located in the heart of Yerevan. Few minutes walking distance to Republic Square and city centre.Staff were extremely helpful, and would go the extra mile to guide their guests. We were travelling with toddler. The room we stayed in was big enough for the three of us and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again in A Hotel Yerevan and recommend to friends.

A bit too dark and cold in the room. No elevator is not great for some guests as there are many stairs, but it's not an issue for me. No breakfast options, unfortunately.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very central and close to Republic Square as well as Freedom Square and important streets like the Northern Avenue and Mashtot street. The building is new/renovated, with spacious rooms and nice new bathrooms.

There is no elevator and the staircase to the third floor is pretty steep. I was assisted in taking up my bag (14 kgs) but would not have been able to do it by myself. Getting up by the end of the day was quite an exercise. The other disadvantage is that the hotel lacks a restaurant, although there are lots of restaurants and coffee bars in the vicinity.

Nice European style hotel. Everything is as expected. Clean, comfortable, free water bottles everyday.

Wi-Fi did not work at all. And this was not fixed. There was no internet in the hotel for one day, but after the Wi-Fi signal in the third floor room was to weak to load anything.

it was a nice and cosy stay with a comfortable bed, several pillows, everything needed was in place, even a teapot with a small fridge; bathroom was quite big and mini shampoos were provided too

we were living on the 3rd floor, for people who experience issues with climbing the stairs with the luggage it could be a problem

Typical city hotel with tiny lobby, ideal for several nights to get to know the city. The hotel is new, new facilities, new furniture etc. Perfect location, literally couple of steps from local pedestrian street and city center. Very kind staff (as almost everywhere in Yerevan). We got a room of higher class than booked.

A bit difficult to find. There's a hostel by the same address. Perhaps there is a reason to hang a poster across the street. No breakfast but they are working to solve it. Building site nearby, therefore a bit noisy, but it will be finished sooner or later.

The hotel is in a great location and with all confort. The workers are very helpful and can meet any need or request. I had the luck to meet David he helped me out about armenian culture, places to see and much more.
