Amazing apartment, very spacious, beautifully decorated and 15mins by foot from the center. Eva is nice, responsive and helpful. Check in and check out went smoothly. The apartament also has a pretty big terrace. Over all we are very happy and can say that 100% would stay here again. It looks better than in the pictures.

The only disadvantage was that there were no shower gel, dishwasher and cleaning products/trash bags.

Everything was great.

Eva was great. She provided great information and very useful recommendations. We were in Zermatt a short while but plan to return again. The beds were comfortable, the dining and kitchen were nice and modern and the bathroom was updated and excellent. There was a nice wrap around ground floor balcony but as it was winter we did not use it. Very nice surprise for us.

How far of a walk to the ski hill and the buses were very crowded if you weren't early enough but that is Zermatt very busy and bus lines only worked till 7:30 you had to walk everywhere uphill it seems both ways

Big spacious apartment. Comfortable beds and linens. Well equipped kitchen

Location is 10min walk from town but it is a steep upslope which was not mentioned in listing. However we could take a bus which is convenient enough. Kitchen has everything except a kettle! There were cigarette butts in the balcony. The heater in one room didn't work for 1 night and we had to message and call the owner continuously to get it sorted out. Although it is advertised that there is washing machine and dryer apparently they are not to be used by guests without supervision. Also the view of matterhorn is blocked by apartment Infront of us and that's not what's advertised in the listing

our only complaint was the heating - which we weren’t able to control. it seemed that maybe the radiator didn’t work in the bunk bed room during the stay - which made for some chilly nights

Quiet and modern apartment with style! Super clean! There are 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. The beds are comfortable and there are enough bedding, towels, soap and toilet paper. The kitchen is fully equipped! (even too much)
