Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Damen an der Rezeption. Tolles geräumiges Zimmer mit traumhaften Blick auf das Matterhorn. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Sehr gute Lage. Trotz den 2 kleinen Makeln eine traumhafte Zeit. Hotel kann ohne für und wenn empfohlen werden. Wir haben schon wieder für einen Folgeurlaub gebucht.

Balkon sowie Balkonmöbel (Tisch) wurden während der gesamten Zeit (3 Tage) nicht gereinigt. "Frühstücksdame" machte einen überforderten Eindruck.

Everything. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels of all star levels in now over 60 countries I can say this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and it needs to be recognised. From the moment we picked up the phone to call them for a shuttle the experience was warm, friendly, inviting and incredibly professional. The free shuttle, the driver (who doubles up as the concierge and many other roles) deserves a medal he is an incredibly hard worker and was extremely professional. The front desk team and owner were phenomenal. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every time you walked in or out of the building you were greeted and spoken to. The little details like this matter. Choose a room with a view and balcony you will not be disappointed it is worth paying the extra fee. The rooms are cosy in size internally. This hotel has a spa, sauna, steam room and contrast therapy section and it is absolutely a must stay. Upon entry the team had placed hearts with petals on our bed and left fruit and snacks with a personalised message. Whilst this will cost the hotel in time and resource fees these details are what set hotels aside. The breakfast was impeccable and the team could not be more helpful. This hotel and the team here care and it shows, many are locals to Zermatt and care about the region. They go out of their way to ensure you have an incredible stay and we had one of the best hotel stays we have had.

Absolutely nothing. A perfect stay. If you have the jacuzzi make it accessible to guests without additional payment, however this is a tiny detail and did not impact our stay in any way.
