Absolutely LOVED our stay at Ascot-Zermatt! This place was perfectly located in town. The apartment was so spacious and clean. Awesome balcony view of the Matterhorn. We will definitely be staying here when we come back!!

Modern, clean, close proximity to everything, amazing view of the Matterhorn, well equipped with everything.

The view of the Matterhorn from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking, particularly during sunrise when it appears to be “golden”. The wide balcony comes with two sets of tables with many chairs, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air while you take in the beautiful landscape. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with ample space to relax and unwind after an exhausting day outside. The modern furnishings perfectly complement the holiday atmosphere, adding to the overall sense of comfort. In terms of location, it is also excellent, with the nearest supermarket (Migros) being only a short 2 minute walk away. The Zermatt Bahnoff is also reachable within a 5-minute walk. I must also praise the homeowner Judith, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. In multiple occasions she showed her ability She also borrowed trekking poles to us free of charge. Conclusion: I would definitely book this apartment again with no doubt!

Everything!! This apartment is absolutely stunning, with a lovely view of the top of the Matterhorn, from living room and master bedroom. This apartment is also based right on the edge of the centre, so easy access without dealing with any mountainous slopes. I wish I could live in this apartment - book it with absolute confidence. A special mention to Judith, who was exceptional with comms throughout the booking and stay.

Beautifully appointed apartment with really modern facilities. Convenient close location to everything. The host was really helpful and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend! There is a lift in the apartment and laundry facilities too

- Stunning view of Matterhorn from the balcony - Well furnished with stylish deco - Clean, cosy and comfortable - Given a free upgrade to a higher floor with better view, which was a pleasant surprise. - Given a late check out at 1pm at no extra cost. - Host Judith is very responsive and answers to queries promptly with useful information

- Was shocked to learn that we need to pay a city council tax of CHF3 per person per night. It was not stated in any of the property descriptions at all. Thought the price stated at the beginning was all-inclusive. It would be very helpful if this tax is clearly indicated in the property description on the platform for travelers to make informed decisions. - Only provided with two rolls of toilet paper throughout the stay. We had six persons and stayed for three nights. Despite making two requests for more toilet paper and receiving assurance that more will be provided, we still did not receive any. - The door of the toilet next to the kitchen couldn’t close smoothly and required additional force to close firmly. The hinges made creaking sound too. Can be noisy at night. - The heater/thermostat in the living room was not working but it was fixed on the second day.

The location is great, not far away from the train station. The host is friendly and able to provide all information that we need. Last but not least, the view from the apartment is super! we love it a lot
