Very unusual house - very comfortable and in a good location

Please don’t use this as a reason not to stay at this place as it is such a great home with such rich history Beautiful little home but just wasn’t a good holiday. We left early as we all got very sick and once we left we all were great. Something was not right either a plant or products used but once we left we are okay. So sorry Amanda but your little home was beautiful but I am not sure what went wrong. Sorry I didn’t get stuck in with the cleaning as I love to leave a holiday like we went into it. We left a day and a half early! .

We found the property overpriced for the age --certainly needs an upgrade on all rooms -- the shower hot water in ensuite did not work -- the hot water tap came off -- seating is not for the aged --far too low -- steps for me were hard to manage as i have arthritis --

We stayed at the property for 10 days, and it's was an experience to remember for all of us. Mandy was quick and very helpful when wanted something. All the best for everyone who will be staying at this property.

Comfortable & homely in a great location close to shops & restaurants with great views of Boston Bay from the front of the house.

We had a great 2 night stay and found it hard to leave. The cottage is fabulously quirky, super clean and comfortable and provides everything needed for a home away from home. The view of Boston Bay from the verandah and dining room is a lovely bonus. Thank you Mandy for sharing this special place.

Had a wonderful stay, perfect size for six people including 3 children. Very quiet surroundings and comfortable. Fully furnished house with everything we needed.

The house had no security the windows don't lock and most windows had no screens at all you could just lift the windows up from the outside, as a women staying in a strange town in a house alone it wasn't great to know that anyone could enter the property while you were asleep. Parts of the property were quite dirty such as the washing machine. It was quite expensive for the quality of the accommodation.

Mandy was wonderful. Could not wish for a better host . We had to leave a day earlier because of the lockdown so we could get back to Adelaide, we really loved the stay the dogs were so happy. Than you Mandy

We had a great stay. The house has a good light In the living room area and good energy, beds are comfy and it was very clean.

The property was as listed, clean and well maintained, close to shops, and with a good view. Pets were allowed, and our 2 little dogs were very happy sleeping in their playpen in the laundry. Mandy connected with us soon after we arrived and requested she be contacted if there were any problems, there weren’t. On one occasion she called us to find out if it was OK to have a minor, and quick repair to the driveway. It was a nice place to stay and Mandy made it clear that she would be available if there was a problem, other than that she left us to it.

All went as advertised . Very happy with total experience would definitely recommend and book again

The property was beautiful and it was exactly how we saw it in the pictures. The owner made sure we were comfortable enough and provided every basic necessity. Also she always responded quickly whenever messaged her

It was a spacious house with everything that is needed. It was clean and tidy.Only downside was that the hot water ran out mid-shower (with a family of 4 so had to schedule with gaps in between for subsequent days. I recommend changing the storage heater to instantaneous one for continuous hot water.

We felt comfortable and liked the location.

We are so glad we found this place to stay in. It was perfect for the 2 families we had staying. It had everything we needed, it was like a home away from home. Mandy was great to deal with, listened to all our feed back as well. Will definitely love to stay again when we come back.

The property has a lovely Beachside/Holiday home feel about it. Whilst it is quite old, it has everything you need and the mixture of old and new gives it a very quirky feel and a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Top class linen and comfy beds. It has lovey views, close to shops etc. and an ideal holiday venue. The Kitchen is probably overdue for some new cupboards, however it still had everything you needed. But some new cabinets would certainly and some more sparkle.Definitely would stay there again. Mandy the owner went out of her way to make sure all went well. Even to the point of when I enquired only a few days before our stay if there was a BQQ at the property she said no but she would get one! Sure enough she went out got a BQQ and set it up for us. I doubt you will find another owner being as accommodating and helpful

Had a lovely stay House is homely but with all mod cons as described Beds comfy Close to all attractions Pet friendly with good enclosed garden and sunny spots for all to enjoy

The house is in a great location and was well presented. Mandy has created a very homely feel inside and provides all the conveniences for a comfortable stay. We had our fur baby with us and felt reassured leaving him in the secure yard on the days we couldn't take him out with us. The shops are a short distance away and Possums was so convenient for picking up some milk or a quick take away meal. To top it all off we had a great view from the balcony and enjoyed spending time out there...when it wasn't raining. Mandy was really easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. A big thank you to Mandy for making our stay in Port Lincoln a pleasant one, we'll definitely be back!!
