Location

No air-conditioning in living area which was not noted in description. A Spiral 4 level staircase again not advertised. Very unsafe for a family with young children, the elderly and anyone with ailments Again not advertised. I would not recommend this place or stay there again.

Location is great

No air conditioning on the third floor/ living area. No ceiling fan. The place really heats up and on a hot day is unbearable

Great location every where is easy walking. The view from the roof area is fantastic what away to start your day with a coffee over looking the ocean.

Excellent location

The property was advertised with air conditioning. The only area air conditioned was the 1 private bedroom. The living space had no air conditioning or fans which made it unbearable during the day and evening. The wi fi was absolutely useless and unable to adequately support any device. The outdated, impractical and aesthetically poor vertical drapes were useless when a breeze was on offer. Absolutely no sun protection on the decks or roof top made them useless during daylight hours in summer. This space doesn’t have a private second bedroom this is a space with double bunks that you walk through to access the living area. It is important to note that the stairs are not user friendly for those with any mobility issues.
