Situé entre Newport et Balboa Piers, ce bâtiment de 4 logements situé à l'ouest du boulevard Balboa est idéal pour de courtes promenades vers la jetée et de nombreux restaurants raffinés, ainsi que pour le ferry Balboa et le Catalina Flyer. Ce studio dispose d'une cuisine complète. Il y a un lit de capitaine confortable avec un espace de rangement en dessous et un grand espace de rangement pour les tiroirs. Les tables latérales sont des tables pour ordinateur portable destinées à fournir un espace de travail. Les installations comprennent Smart TV, câble, connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Il y a un barbecue à gaz avec table et chaises sur un patio commun. 2 chaises Tommy Bahama Beach et Boogie Boards sont fournis et rangés dans le garage avec la buanderie. Ceci est une unité de rez de chaussée. Il y a une petite salle de bain avec une petite douche. Stationnement dans la rue seulement. Des heures sont très importantes. First time here, won't be our last. Location was perfect. Front patio was delightful, with shade and garden-like atmosphere. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked.

Cons: tiny place. Had to Uber to most places for dinner etc.

Perfect location, very clean and cozy. It is nestled right between Bay Street, which is a very high-end residential area (i.e. mansions galore) and the beach, which has a miles-long pathway and perfectly sandy beach that was not crowded when we were there in May. We felt very safe at this location and enjoyed sitting outside on the shared patio. The bed is super comfortable and we slept great. The couch is decent, I do wish the sitting area had been a little more comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-stocked. It was nice to have the kitchen so we didn't have to eat every meal out. We walked everywhere - it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Newport Beach and about 20 minutes to the other end near the Balboa Peir. If you have time, we recommend the sunset cruise in the bay and Fly N Fish Oyster Bar in Newport Beach. It's a touristy area, so a little challenging to find the "gems". Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for two weeks in March. It is conveniently located in the middle of the peninsula, about half way between the piers and halfway between the ocean and the bay. We had a wonderful time.

Location was amazing and the place is super clean and comfortable. Walking distance yo everything. We left behind a personal item and realized on the way to the airport. I sent and email and the host responded right away and mailed it too us. Very impressed with everything

My sis-in-law and I stayed for 3 nights and had zero issues with the property. Very well appointed and stocked studio. Location is fabulous!! Messaged host about nearby restaurants and she responded right away. There is a binder though with a list of restaurants, how to access tv and such. Had neighbors on both sides and had no issues with noise. Recommend.

Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect.
Street parking, but never had a problem finding a spot not too far from the studio.
Just a short walk across the street to a less crowded part of the beach, but not too far of a walk to the shops and restaurants.
Great outside seating area, perfect to hang out and relax.
Directions for everything were well written and easily understood.
Overall—a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this address before....not this studio though. We have now stayed at unit A, B, and C. They have all been clean and comfortable. We had a hiccup with the water heater in this unit. The owners were quick to respond and act on the situation, priceless!! We will definitely stay again, maybe we will try unit D next time! Thank you owners!

The studio is cute as in pictures but walls are paper thin. We heard people coming in late after midnight. Beds were on same wall as studio beside us so could hear the neighbors in bed. Heard traffic all night. Didn’t get a good night sleep the whole time. Just too noisy for a place that was supposed to have “quiet time”. Would not recommend unless you are party people.

This was a great location and it was so nice to have the beach chairs available. We were a little worried about parking but always found a spot. The only negative feedback I would have is the TV/Cable. The remote appeared to have a piece missing off the front and the cable service was spotty. Other than that it was a perfect unit for two people and included everything we needed. Thanks

Nice, simple, place with all you need for a relaxing trip to Newport Beach. We loved that it was just a 15 min walk to the Newport Beach pier and about a 10 minute walk to Marina Park where we enjoyed our morning calisthenics workouts. They have a pull up bar and other calisthenics stations there.
The food we experienced in and around the area was outstanding - Mama D’s for Italian was an AMAZING experience, Avila’s El Ranchito for Mexican, and TRU bowl superfood had some delicious açaí bowls.
The beach spot just across the street from the apartment was nice and peaceful and we even saw dolphins on multiple occasions.
Street parking around the unit was rarely hard to find and was free as long as you didn’t park along the median of W. Balboa blvd.

Great spot close to the beach
We really enjoyed our stay here. It's cozy and great for two people. It was great to have access to beach chairs and boogie boards. The only thing missing was a beach umbrella as we burnt ourselves to a crisp on the beach. Although our own fault as we were the morons that didn't put on sunscreen.
