This is the 4th year i have stayed here for the winter . The home is amazing !! Its spacious and lovely and the yard is beautiful. The pool is wonderful !! Harry and Brenda are absolutely the best. I have come to the conclusion that they have become a part of my family.

Harry and Brenda are wonderful ! The house is gorgeous and nearby everything ,shopping, downtown and 15 minutes from the beach!

Harry is the perfect host and made us feel very welcome! We were close to the river and the beach, both with many great sights and restaurants. The pool provided a refreshing break from the August heat. What a wonderful stay!

We wanted to get away for a few days before school starts back. This was a great find, the house was great, lots of things and awesome books to check out. The location was so close to everything. Pool and landscaping is just gorgeous. Definitely recommend

Harry and the property was great! My family and myself enjoyed it very much. The home completely exceeded my expectations! It was furnished and had everything we could need. He was great and awesome host! We will definitely be booking with him and coming back!

We had to move all of our food and pets out of our house for a week due to having our house tented for termites. We needed space for a dog (fenced yard), two cats, two fridges and a freezer full of food, AND three adults (one who still had to work every day). We wanted an office area, a pool and close to the beach. This property checked every single box, and it was reasonably priced!! We are so grateful to have found this house, and the owner was wonderful!! Thank you so much for allowing us to visit while we were kicked out of our house! It was the PERFECT solution to our quandry!!!

This vacation rental is about as close to perfect as you can get! The home itself is unique, comfortable, clean and cozy. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. It’s also close to lots of shopping, restaurants and the beach! We absolutely loved the pool and the stunning landscaping makes you feel like you’re staying in a private tropical oasis. And we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Harry is wonderful, he made us feel like we were family during our stay. We would highly, highly recommend this property! Especially if you’re traveling with kids and/or animals!

This house is very cool with so many neat features. We totally enjoyed the ample space and pool. The host was fantastic too. He gave us home grown food and was quick to respond to our needs. One couldn’t help but feel his warmth and attentiveness. This house is wonderful for pets and the neighborhood is so walkable. Overall we enjoyed staying here. However I do have a few honest critiques. There’s a ton of stuff in this house. I mean tons. More than when those posting pics were taken so just be aware that drawers, closets, kitchen etc are packed to max. If you don’t like clutter, this place may not be for you. Because of all the stuff, I don’t feel it was as clean as I would expect.. I realize it’s an old house and that has its charm but again I think it could have been cleaned better. We also had to seal up big tears in screen so our cats couldn’t run away. Perhaps that should have been addressed since it’s for pets. Overall it was pleasant, breezy, unique and had good vibes and everything we needed.

Harry and Brenda are absolutely the best. This is my 3rd year staying with them. Helpful in every way ! All questions and concerns are immediately addressed. Not only do they go above and beyond making me feel at home and comfortable,they also genuinely care about my well-being and have become great friends.

We loved our holiday stay. This place has an old school vibe and had everything we needed for our stay. Prefect fenced in area to let the Dog out. The pool is a very nice size and well kept. Harry was an awesome host and we look forward to stying here again someday.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool daily, the beautiful landscaping and the comfort of this home away from home. Harry and Brenda were amazing hosts from the very first message sent. We felt like family before we even arrived. Everything was beyond perfect during our stay and we honestly couldn't ask for anything more. We greatly appreciate, more than words could say, that he made our youngest daughter a ramp in the foyer for her wheelchair! We appreciate you allowing Ianna to walk the dog, sharing your board with Ian, and making me soup when I was sick. Seriously you made our stay incredible and unforgettable! We'll always have friends in Melbourne, and Harry & Brenda will always have friends in Old Town! SO MUCH LOVE, Ian, Jayme, Ianna & Ivy.

Location was convenient to everything we wanted. Pool was well maintained and enjoyed by the family. Harry was very helpful!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner and his staff were very hospitable and prompt with communication. The location of the property is near many restaurants and bars. Our kids loved the pool. Lots of unique art and items in the home.

The house was perfect for our needs, about 20 minutes from almost anything. Harry, the host, was great very communitive and super helpful! If you plan to do a lot of cooking the kitchen is small really only one person, possibly 2 can be in it, but oven and stove work great. Couches in the living room are super comfy! We had to work a few days while we where there the desk in the living room is perfect for this. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

We had a wonderful time, Harry and Brenda were great hosts. Harry was very attentive to our puppy Lincoln. He had a bowl of water set up for him and a basket of treats in the fridge for us. My wife enjoyed the pool and loved the neighborhood. We plan on staying again in the future. Thank you Harry and Brenda for your hospitality.

This was a great home clean house with great service and accommodations for all of us couldn’t ask for a better place for our little vacation! The manager was super helpful also and offered to help with everything to help us have a great time.

We had a great stay at this unique home. Harry was a wonderful host. The home was in a great location close to the F.I.T. campus and in a quiet neighborhood which backs up to the golf course. We all enjoyed the pool and sitting outside in the evening with our dog. We found the home very comfortable and enjoyed looking at all the artwork and estate items. Harry went out of his way to make out family and our dog feel at home, right down to the fresh bowl of water he had waiting for our dog when we arrived. We would definately recommend this property. Great house, exceptional host!

What a great place to relax, swim, and re-engage. Close to downtown Melbourne and the beaches. We’ll be back!

We had an amazing time here, the house was very comfortable and cozy. The pool was great! It was very clean and organized. Harry was an amazing host, very attentive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I and our 2 dogs are having our home repaired, and tired of staying in hotels. Came across Harry's place ,and he was willing to let us check in that very day! We arrived to find a welcome basket of fruits cheese & crackers with a bottle of wine ! He even thought of the kids with Popsicles in the freezer for which our grandson enjoyed! The home is spacious, clean, every comfort of home and more. We spent hours together just looking at prints on walls and items in the home Thouroughly enjoyed just hanging out by the pool and taking in the furnishing of the home. Harry truly cares about his renters and is there for his guest to help with any needs whether it pertains to the home, or out in town. Recommended 👍

This was a great stay for what we needed. Private and a pool backing up to a golf course. Location is central to town but not close to the beach. Harry's a great host, very personable. Overall, definitely recommend.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay! We were a bit surprised there was only 1 TV with no cable or DVD player. Both kids brought their iPad and used our hotspots for inside breaks so it ended up working out. Harry and Brenda were very nice and welcoming. There are a variety of items to be sold throughout the house which was a bit stressful with the kids, but most everything is put away in cabinets. The pool was awesome. Our 3 year old started swimming without her float in the pool which was super exciting. Harry reimbursed our deposit very quickly. Our son left his brand new flip flops and Brenda got them to us very quickly. Thanks Harry and Brenda!

We really enjoyed our stay. Although Harry & Brenda were right next door, we hardly even knew they were there.. unless of course we needed to borrow chairs, umbrella and a cooler for the beach.. Which they graciously let us use. Thank you for that! They respected our privacy in every way, even calling prior to coming over to tending to the pool. We absolutely recommend renting from them!

The owner of the house was extremely nice, called me to she about when we would be making it in so he could turn the lights on so that we wouldn’t be pulling into a dark house. When we had vehicle trouble, I was comfortable to text him and let him know we wouldn’t be making it the scheduled day. He then was able to shut off the lights. He left us a welcome basket that was filled with some food items to get started with which was very nice. We were hauling an old camper that would never fit into the driveway of the house we were staying at so he let us park it on another of his properties so that we didn’t have to leave it on the street. He was extremely accommodating and checked in with us often to see if there was anything we needed. I would do business with him again!

My mom stayed here for the winter. She loved the quiet location and proximity to many restaurants, beaches, etc. Harry was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to assist my mom with any of her needs.

This was a comfortable place to sleep for several days while visiting family locally. The house and collection of furnishings/decorations was quirky-interesting. Loved the garden on the side of the house. Yard has some low spots so a jumping dog could escape pretty easy but fine for small or older dogs. Harry’s a great responsive host!

Harry’s place is unique in that he displays art created and curated by him. It feels a bit like staying the night in an antique store, which was fun and interesting. Although there’s a lot of merchandise in the house, it didn’t feel too cluttered. Plenty of space in the common areas. The kitchen is a small galley style, but has most everything you need to cook. The pool deck is a nice space to hang out and has a nice view of the golf course behind the house. Our dog enjoyed the spacious yard. Harry Met is upon arrival and answered all queries quickly.
