Nicole et Jason les 2 hôtes sont les personnes les plus sympas au monde. J'ai trouvé la maison très belle et propre avec une literie hyper confortable. Le métro est à 10 min à pieds et en plus il y a un bus en bas de la maison. On a souvent pris le métro vers 4h du matin et aucun problème le quartier est très sûr et on rejoint les lieux touristiques assez rapidement au final. Tout est parfait je vous conseille ce logement.
C'est même mieux que les photos je trouve c'est assez dingue.
C'est difficile de trouver un défaut à cette maison, le rapport qualité prix est tellement excellent.

Nicole and Jason are really good hosts and made our first stay in the United States really enjoyable. They were always available for questions and recommendations. The apartment is big enough for 5 people. Everything you need for everyday life is in the immediate vicinity. The metro can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. It was a perfect stay !!
If you want to complain, you will always find something to complain about.

we visited New York with the whole family, and Nicole’s appartement was perfect. Very clean, good beds, spacious, modern air conditioning, etc: Nicole cares about her apartment. Relatively calm (for New York standards:) ).
It is far from Manhattan (we knew it, but the price compensate for the UBER rides), and there aren’t many interesting shop/restaurant around (hence do shopping or dinner before your UBER back home)

The place was prettier than it looked online! Beautiful aesthetic. Beds are very comfy and I loved the spaciousness.

I loooooove everything from the first meeting ... to the the very end !! Host was amazing and very helpful no complaints what so ever .. you must book clean and quiet area everything you need for a perfect stay ..I will be back

Also the owner was so understanding and friendly which even made more comfortable felt like i was home my daughter and friends loved it thanks again nicole will be coming back soon even for just a weekend get away.
