We had a wonderful weekend getaway to Asheville and really enjoyed staying here. The check in process was very smooth and the place was spotless. We accidentally got locked out and they were able to quickly let us in remotely which was super helpful. Overall had a great stay here!

The location is a little farther out than we liked from downtown, but was well worth it. The condo is gorgeous and I would highly recommend.

Such a great townhouse in a fantastic location! Our family all agreed that this was probably the nicest VRBO we had ever stayed in - even nicer than the pictures show. We loved the rooftop terrace, and the elevator was great for getting our luggage up to the third floor. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed in this row of townhouses for a few years, they have the best location right down the hill from the best breweries Asheville has. This unit was just as amazing as all the others. Highly recommend, great walking distance to the breweries and easy commuting to Biltmore Village.

The condo was immaculate and everything worked perfectly! Very responsive host. Loved the elevator for my mom, who has restricted mobility. Walking distance to taprooms and shopping. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed for five days in May. The townhouse was clean, spacious, well -appointed, and in a very convenient location for walking to breweries and great restaurants. We highly recommend!

The home is beautiful well furnished interesting art work and great kitchen. It is near the breweries.

Great location… walking distance to restaurants, breweries and shopping. Also, a short drive to the Biltmore House. The condo was clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The 4th floor terrace was a nice addition as well as the elevator.

We loved our stay in this beautiful townhouse. The elevator made for a very easy luggage unloading and grocery unloading experience. The managers were so helpful and proactive with communications even reaching out the day before our trip to let us know that the townhouse we originally booked had an issue with our elevator and asking if we wanted to book the townhouse next door. When we said yes, it was almost immediately taken care of. I really appreciated how easy they made our trip! Everything was clean and in working order. We loved that the tv had Apple TV so we could watch Netflix in the morning. The appliances worked really well and there were plenty of pots and pans so we could make breakfast in the home. The location was fantastic. We could walk downtown and the eurisko brewery was even one block away. Overall I absolutely recommend this townhouse and plan to stay again during my next visit to Asheville!

Great comfortable space. Rooftop deck was so fun for morning coffee & happy hour. Easy to locate & walking distance to so many restaurants & shops.

A very nice property and management company was responsive to the few questions we had. Location was sometimes a bit noisy due to location of convenience store across the street, but the apartment was great.

The townhouse was clean. Had all needed amenities. A little off the beaten path but walkable to downtown. Was what we needed for a short stay.

The location is convenient to walk to the south slope and downtown. The property was also clean, easy to access, and great for multiple couples to have their own space.

Overall good property. A bit of walk .5 mile to eateries, 1mile to downtown. We like walk so worked well. One call out to owner- internet was weak and had trouble conducting zoom meetings during stay. ( rented full week so worked from there a few days). Suggest upgrading internet speed.

Only issues were the garage door opener is broken and the tv viewing was complicated

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Walking distance to dozens of great restaurants, shops and other attractions downtown yet in a quiet neighborhood setting exactly as advertised. It was perfect for my family. We drove to various trails near Asheville and hiked all day, returned and walked to Downton from the property for dinner, shopping and entertainment. The condo is spacious (4 stories) with a nice balcaonly and view off the top floor. We slept 4 adults comfortably, using the 2 bedrooms and the fold out couch bed on the top floor. The place was clean, decorated nicely and obviously well cared for, really the perfect fit for my clan. We were amazed how quiet it was. We loved that!

My husband and I rented the condo for an extended weekend stay in Asheville - the location was perfect for walking to downtown, the breweries and parks. Parking was a breeze since it is included with the condo and the layout of the condo gave us both space to relax. Highly recommend.

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying here for our first visit to Asheville. The location is within walking distance to several breweries and restaurants and a short drive to downtown (although you could walk it as well, we just didn’t want to). We also caught an Asheville Tourist baseball game while in town (within walking distance to the stadium). Had everything we needed!

This was our first trip to Asheville and the property was perfect! Everything was spotless and we loved being able to walk places along w the short drive to Grove Park Inn and Biltmore. Would recommend this property to anyone. A random surprise we had was seeing a large bear on the hill behind the condo. Cannot tell you the shock of seeing it out of the corner of my eye while watching a movie.

One of the best vrbos I ever stayed at and I have stayed at many. Great location , spacious, immaculate and easy checkin. Any future visits to Ashville, I wouldn’t think twice about staying in this unit

Great location!

Our family had a great time exploring Asheville from this beautiful, immaculate, and conveniently-located townhome. We were also pleased with the responsiveness of the management company when we needed them. Our only issue was that the space with the pullout couch didn’t have sufficient shades covering the windows, so it was very bright for sleeping.
