Overall we had a very positive, enjoyable stay at Glen G28. The location is great, it was clean, well-furnished, and in good condition with only fairly minor wear and tear. The kitchen also was very nicely furnished and had everything needed to cook complete meals.
The only truly significant problem we had was the parking situation. The property description — and the property management reps — both were incorrect in stating this unit comes with 2 parking spaces. It doesn’t. It comes with just 1. Realizing that this unit was 1 of 4 condos in the same building, and that there are multiple different buildings all sharing the same parking lot, before our stay I had contacted Vacasa (the property management firm) to inquire how we would know which 2 parking spaces were ours? Are the spaces labeled with the unit numbers? They replied that they were.
Upon arriving we quickly saw that not only were the spaces NOT designated, but it also was very clear there were exactly 12 spaces in the entire parking lot — 1 for each of the 12 units sharing that lot (there are 4 units in 3 buildings). With the nearest public lot being a mile away, and being on a very tight schedule the day we arrived, this did cause some stress and problems during our stay that could have been avoided if we had been told ahead of time what to expect. We did feel misled on this rather important issue, and I hope they revise the property description to correct this — and instruct reps to avoid telling guests that there are two designated spaces for them to use.
The only other suggestions I could offer are: fluffier pillows instead of flat ones, and to clarify how to access the unit upon arrival. We had been told to expect a “lockbox on the rail” outside the door, yet we also were provided with a 10-digit entry code. Upon arriving, we saw that the lockbox only was for 4 digits — not 10. But then we noticed a separate door entry system on the door itself that was for 10 digits — and that was the only locking system used for the unit throughout our stay. There never was any need at any time to access the lockbox, so deleting that unnecessary reference from the instructions would help to eliminate some minor confusion upon guests’ arrival.

Location is fantastic if you plan to visit Sugar Mountain. Easy drive to the parking lot, or you could walk - though I wouldn't recommend that for small kids. The apartment itself was spacious enough for our family of 6 and easily had room for 2 more in a bedroom we didn't use at all. The kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking and had enough cleaning supplies to get us through a few meals. The dining table had plenty of space and the living area had comfy couches. I would absolutely consider this property again if we return to ski Sugar Mountain.
The unit was a little difficult to find at night - the unit number was displayed high on the building, which we could not see from the road or parking lot. There was no unit number on the door, so I wasn't quite sure we had the right place at first. There were a lot of fees not included in the displayed price until finalizing the reservation. The beds were a bit firm. I also would have preferred a few servings of coffee in the unit because I didn't know if the unit had a Keurig, drip machine or Nespresso (It has a Kuerig AND drip machine).

Place was neat, clean and comfortable - accommodated our family well. Effort has been put into updating - gas fireplace was a nice surprise :), outside stream was beautiful!
The townhouses are rotting all over the outside... siding and decking need replacing. Bathrooms needed updating - toilets felt like you were sitting on the floor!
