well kept property . love the location. better than the pictures !

This was our first time to Vail. We have previously always been to Breckenridge. We loved the condo! It was exactly as pictured. It was definitely one of the cleanest VRBO's that we have stayed in. It was very well equipped with everything we needed including plenty of paper products and such. We did feel the bus system to be good. I would stay here again when we return to Vail. We enjoyed Vail Village and Lionshead! Great area to enjoy walking around, grabbing a drink after skiing or getting dinner in the evening.

This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at when skiing. It was spotless! The beds were comfortable and the 3 1/2 baths made a huge difference in getting everybody ready on time. The kitchen was well equipped with both pots, pans, dishes etc. as well as pantry essentials. Proximity to Bus stop very useful (getting off at Sandstone School and walking across the bridge is better than taking the bus to Vail and then a second bus, FYI) We would absolutely return again!

Close to Lionshead but you avoid most of the traffic being on the north side of 70. Great stay!

Great 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath townhouse. Only a five minute drive to Lionshead parking structure. Probably one of the cleanest units that I have rented which I really appreciate. This is a renters unit comes fully equipped and everything labeled.

Property was perfect for our needs. It would be my first choice if we go back to Vail.

This was a lovely 3 br, 4 bath, unit on the free bus line to Vail. Good layout, well equipped, owners easy to work with, and high quality. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely condo, 5 min by car to lionshead, spacious and well supplied

This condo was the perfect place for 5 of us to stay for a wedding weekend. Great layout, very comfortable, even better in person than in pictures. Awesome location, highly recommend!

Was very well prepared for us. And when needed to contact management, they were available, friendly and welcoming for our weekend for the fall. Very quiet, great views from the balcony, and would have liked to have cooked there, but wanted to experience the food in Vail, within 5 minutes. We will be back, probably for a week ski trip

Lovely condo, good location, comfortable. Traffic noise from deck made sitting out there not as pleasant. Otherwise all was terrific.

This place was perfect for our party of 4 and would have worked great if we had a few more with us. The amount of space was my favorite feature along with how close it is to the Vail villiage and ski resort. Also loved that it had a garage for ease of getting in and out. Like I said perfect for our party and we would definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes up. Also, had a issue on the computer booking the property and the owner was very quick in returning emails and communicated well from booking through checkout. Highly recommended

It is very clean and updated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the owner was great. The location was also great but the view was lacking. I would only take a half star away for that because we were out most of the time amongst the mountains and just enjoyed the comforts of the condo once we were back. Thank you for making our trip for our sons wedding a comfortable and convenient one!

The place was very clean, everything worked and was well supplied with all the necessities. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering it.

This 3 bedroom condo is very well maintained and cared for. It has all the amenities you will need with a large kitchen stocked with all the utensils, cookware and dinnerware that you would need. There are plentiful cleaning supplies including an espresso maker, coffee grinder, filters and loads of other kitchen necessities. The upstairs dining area/living room is large with a big half bathroom. We used the grill and it worked well. The condo was quiet. It has a garage that was easy to access. We would definitely book this again. The communication with the owners was easy and thorough. Thank you for making this a great experience.

We returned to this condo this summer after renting it last March for spring break. The conditions were again impeccable and we felt immediately right at home. The layout of the apartment and the location are perfect for a family or group of friends. We loved both stays winter and summer :)

This would be our second stay this season. As stated in my previous review this is a fantastic unit. Great floor plan and equipped with everything you will need for the perfect vacation. Super clean top to bottom and having a garage during the ski season is a real bonus. Everything in the unit is up to date and and works as it should. We love the location and Todd and Mary could not be more helpful or easier to work with!

I wish I had the choice of 4.5 stars.This villa was immaculate. We were pleased with the main floor amenities. Having a den/kitchen/dining area combo was convenient and allowed us the opportunity to spend time together in a comfortable manner. The kitchen was fully-equipped with all the appliances/utensils of home, so cooking, serving and clean-up was no problem and quite easily done. The deck had a well-functioning grill which we used on several occasions. The gas logs were a welcome to us after a day of chilly weather and skiing. The dining area easily accommodated the 6 adults and having a high chair for our 8 month old granddaughter was definitely a plus. The master bedroom was roomy, well-decorated and I enjoyed the addition of the sofa in the room. Master bathroom was also spacious and had great storage, as did the master closet. The two other bedrooms were quite small. Since we did not have children with us other than our granddaughter, the bunk beds did not work well for my 6'2" son. Although he was seldom in the room, it was fairly uncomfortable for him. However, I am sure that for a smaller person the room could be appropriate. The other bedroom was very small. this room had been the designated room for our daughter, her husband and baby. Because it was so small, we did have to give up the master for them. On the positive side though, there were bathrooms in each room and the "pack and play" was wonderful for our granddaughter. The washer and dryer worked very well, and we were happy to have that available in the unit. The location is fine because it is on the free bus route and the pick up is just about three minutes walk time to the stop from the villa. It is also fairly close to the pedestrian bridge. So overall, we really liked this villa. But because our family is growing, we won't be able to rent this one again. I do recommend this for families who have younger to teenage children.

We visit Vail a number of times every winter and have stayed in a number of homes over the years. I can honestly say this is one of the nicest, well equipped units we have stayed in with a great layout. Unit has everything you need. Garage is a big bonus in the winter, it snowed just about every day we were here(YAY). Beds are super comfy. Everything in the unit is up to date and everything works as it should! Todd and Mary could not be easier to work with and are available to answer any questions that may arise during your stay and after. We love the west Vail location as it is close to everything you need. We don't always need a 3 bedroom unit when we come out, but this will be my first choice when we do. Thanks for a great stay----------

My family stayed here for my sister's wedding which had to be relocated at the last minute due to the flooding in Estes Park. The condo was very clean and it worked out well for us as I have a 9-month old daughter. The condo has a pack and play, high chair, monitors and toys. I wish we could have stayed longer! I would recommend staying at this condo!

This is our second year at "Our Condo" (as we like to call it). It could not be more perfect for us. We have a young grand-daughter, now 2 1/2, who can be very independent but because of all the safety features around the condo, we never had to worry about her. And the toys were a lifesaver this time! Last year she was younger and easily entertained but this year she wanted to play by herself and there were more toys than she knew what to do with! The kitchen gets more and better stocked each year, too. We did a lot more cooking and "eating in" this year and we were very impressed with all the accessories at our disposal. And, again, the condo was absolutely immaculate for us. We loved the addition of the sliding screen doors as well. We will be back! Vail is a wonderful place for a family reunion - so much to do for all ages - and it's nice to know that "Our Condo" will be waiting for us.

We enjoyed our stay so much in Vail and the condo was just the icing on the cake. Everything about the condo was perfect. It is the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in and we prefer vacation rentals over hotels when we are going to be someplace more than three days. The condo was immaculate and so clean and close enough to Vail Village that we could be there and parked within minutes. We were there for a wedding and we baby set a toddler while the family had some pre wedding festivities and it was so nice to have the booster seat and pack n play (plus toys and baby monitor) to help with caring for her. The only draw back was the condo construction right outside our patio but that is not anything the owners could prevent and the workers and noise was not as bad as it could have been but it did take away from the scenery. Thank you again for the comfortable accommodations, never have we had one so completely stocked with everything we could possibly need!

My family and I stayed for 6 nights at this beautiful Vail condo. It was perfect for our family of five (with plenty of room to spare). We've stayed at several VRBO homes before and what impressed us most about this condo is that the owners went above and beyond with their home. Specifically, the quality of all items were better than can be shown in pictures. The beds were very comfortable; the sheets and bedding were top notch; the pots & pans were of good quality. The owners keep a well maintained home and they have anticipated travelers' needs. It is well stocked with items for young children. We also appreciated their helpful tips regarding the condo & surrounding area. The condo was close to Vail Village & Lionshead. We chose to drive into town because the parking lots are free in the summertime. However, the Vail shuttle bus comes very close to the condo. It's also an easy drive to two grocery stores. Of note, there is construction going on next door. It didn't affect us because we were enjoying the outdoors for most of our trip. They seemed to be working from about 8AM-4PM. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a home away from home. It was wonderful!

This property has a a comfortable living area with an open kitchen, dining and seating/TV area. The three private bathrooms, one in each bedroom is ideal. The property is super-clean and a great place to stay. We hope to return here again.

Our stay at Savoy Villas was really good, the owners are always available to help, they have the house in excellent conditions and very very clean. The photos are very accurate, is a two story house plus the stairs to the garage, it has a lovely balcony. It is very well equipped, you only have to go to the supermarket and enjoy your vacations.
