Cette maison de vacances au bord de l'eau du lac Norman offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances relaxantes et amusantes pour vous et votre famille. Cette maison unique en son genre dispose de 4 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bains, 2 salles de bain, 2 maîtres (une au rez-de-chaussée et une à l'étage), une cuisine complète, un bain à remous et un quai avec de l'eau profonde toute l'année. Idéal pour la natation, le kayak et le paddle.
La façade de la maison est encadrée par des fenêtres pour profiter d'une vue magnifique sur le lac Norman. La cuisine est ouverte et complète avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et une vue sur le lac depuis la salle à manger. The property was great and located on a nice finger on the lake. House was in good shape, dock area was nice to sit out on. The deck off the family room was great for parents while kids played or close by to those cooking dinner. Master bed is big, other rooms also had plenty of room. Only cons were downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a closet and they just sprayed for bugs so there were some dead ones. Since it’s on the lake, there are a lot of bugs outside the house.

Great property and super spacious. Beautiful inside, well decorated, and met our needs for family in town. Would recommend and just a wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and comfortable and exactly as pictured. We had 5 women in their 40's here looking for a quiet weekend together. We enjoyed coffee on the dock each morning and kayaking before breakfast. It was a great weekend overall!

A group of friends along with children came from Pittsburgh to this Lake Norman house for a wedding. We had a long weekend at this home and had a fantastic time. The house was super clean with plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. The views of the lake were beautiful and we spent a few nights at the provided fire pit. We did paddle boarding in this cove which was a blast (highly recommend Aloha Paddle Lake Norman). Def a 5 star VRBO for Lake Norman. Looking forward to coming back.

Our stay was in regard to a semi-annual golf outing of Davidson College alums from the classes 1976-1978. The house easily accommodated our group of six. The house was as described in the VRBO listing. The host was very attentive, checking in frequently. Entry and exit processes were very smooth. We would definitely stay again if our outing returns to the Lake Norman area.

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at this house. Jack, host, was attentive and extremely accommodating. The house was absolutely beautiful and a wonderful space for what our group needed. We will most certainly be back to visit again. Thank you for such relaxing and easy week.

This was the perfect place for our families to getaway for a weekend at the lake. The host was wonderful and very responsive. The home and property itself was just lovely and very clean. They truly thought of every detail. Also, fishing off of the dock was awesome, the kiddos had a blast! We would certainly come back and recommend to family and friends.

We absolutely loved our stay. This lake home was so well decorated and peaceful for our entire family. The hot tub and fire pit were a delight each night. Even on the day it rained we had a blast playing games at the kitchen table and enjoying the amazing view out of the giant wall of windows. We loved watching the beautiful lake, trees, birds and squirrels. We can’t wait to return for another relaxing weekend.

Yes, we were very happy campers in this lovely lakefront home. It has everything you need and then some! Jack communicated extremely well with us and was very helpful with everything!!

house was great for our party of 5, roomy and enough bathrooms for 5 women! wanted to go to a different part of NC had not seen and location felt like foothills of the mountains with narrow roads and fall weather! we did not use all the property had to offer due to weather and time of year. would recommend to others especially in warmer weather.

We came into town for the renfair and drove a bit for a rope course from eastern NC. nice little lake house for 8 adults and my favorite part was how well the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed.

I stayed with three of my classmates for a study retreat. The house was perfect. There was plenty of space to spread out. The furniture was so comfortable and the wifi was great. We ate every meal at the house and it was fantastic. I loved sitting on the dock or by the bonfire watching the moon and kayaking in the late afternoon.
I do want to point out the location. It is almost a cove within a cove. That made it very quiet with limited boat traffic. While we were not there at peak season, I would think it would be almost as quiet in the summer.
I highly recommend the location and Hosts. Jack was amazingly responsive.

This was the cutest home ! It fit my family well the water was great the host was amazing ! I only wish clearing the spider webs on the dock and back porch were part of the cleaning process but other than that amazing time supper comfy beds ! Overall a great stay

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. The spot in the cove is so peaceful - morning sun, afternoon shade, deep water off the dock. There is plenty of space for everyone, and the teenagers appreciated having their own TV space upstairs. The lower level has recently been redone and is very bright and comfortable.
I also appreciated Jack's great communication and quick responses when we had questions. We would definitely stay again!

This house was just perfect for our summer vacation. It was plenty spacious for our family (5 adults, 2 kids, & dog) to spread out and have privacy. The main floor suite was perfect for my elderly father so he didnt have to manage any stairs in the home. We got tons of use out of the amenities- afternoons swimming in the lake, evenings in front of the firepit or in the hot tub.
The location was perfect- getting to restaurants (we liked Sports Page) and grocery stores were very easy. There is even an emergency vet clinic just 10 minutes away, which came in handy when our dog hurt himself. Charlotte is just 40 minutes away.
Jack was a great host- he was very responsive every step of the way (at booking, answering questions leading up to our stay, check in, etc). He also made sure my Amazon package (which unexpectedly arrived a day before we did) was waiting for me inside the house when we got there. The home was stocked with necessities like toilet paper, trashbags, paper towels, handsoap, etc, so we didnt have to rush out to get those after our long drive to get there. The Welcome Basket he provided was a nice surprise as well. We really appreciated the details!

This was our first trip to Lake Norman and we are officially hooked! This house has everything our family needed for a quiet, but fun and family filled vacation! The hosts are very attentive and accommodating and the house had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the addition of lake towels, snacks, laundry detergent, games, etc, were very appreciated. The area is quiet and perfect for kayaking and then past the no wake zone is an area for tubing and water skiing without the worry of being surrounded. We have always spent our summer vacation at the beach but wanted to try something different, and after this week the resounding consensus is "Let's do BOTH." We will be back! PS Go to Chillfire! It is delicious :)

This property is beautiful and Jack is quick to respond!! The welcome basket was so thoughtful!! While there were a few little hiccups, the house is everything and more!! We had teens and adults in our party and everyone had a great time! The kayaks are awesome, there are lots of fish to be caught, the easy walk down to the dock is a bonus!! We made s’mores at the fire pit, rented a boat, hung out on floats around the dock, swam and checked out Charlotte on the rainy days. Top Golf and indoor rock climbing were a blast! Lobster Dogs and Geppetto’ s Pizza were both really good. We grilled a couple of nights and also cooked in. The only complaint is that there was one dish towel and no dishrags in the kitchen. Also, the skillets, cookie sheets and kitchen utensils need an update. They did however provide dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, reg detergent and fabric softener which was a nice touch! If we go back to Lake Norman, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time on Lake Norman and the house had everything we needed and more! Jack was very communicative/responsive, and the entire booking and check in process was seamless. The house / property is gorgeous — we had more room that we needed for a family of 5, and spent most of our time on the dock, in our boat, or in the jacuzzi. The fire pit was perfect for roasting marshmallows and the kayaks (provided) were fun to cruise around on. It was our first time to NC so we didn’t realize how remote this side of the lake was compared to the Davidson area, but we loved it for a peaceful vacation. Would 100% stay here again!

I must say that the home exceeded our expectations, and the owner was always responsive when we had a question. The home was extremely clean and was able to accommodate our needs. My family had nothing but wonderful things to say about the stay. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Thank you so much, Jack!! You are awesome!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend. The house was SO CLEAN and so well appointed. Every detail was thought of. They even had toys and games for the kids and a welcome basket of snacks. It was close to lots of options for activities and the host was very responsive. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had to date. Would definitely visit again!

This was my first experience with a rental home and Jack made it very easy to book and enjoy the home. This is in a great location for our family and the size of the house and amount of bedrooms were perfect for our kids and grandkid.

The property was wonderful. It comfortably accommodated all nine of my family members. The host was fabulous. He added an extra day to my reservation at the last minute even while he was finishing up his remodel. He went out of his way to make our holiday the best. This was our family’s first lakefront vacation and we plan to go back again.
Home very welcoming upon entering and kept getting better! Functional layout and lake vibe decor fit perfectly! Such a treat to sit on couch/chairs and view the lake!
The outside was nicely shaded and included a fire pit with tons of seating. We spent the majority of our days outside enjoying paddle boarding and swimming. Although not pictured, oars provided.
Back porch deck had plenty of seating including a lounge chair where our small dog and I enjoyed reading, the view, and many small animal visits, including a neighborhood cat and hummingbird.
Friendly neighborhood with miles of walking and biking opportunities! Close to grocery shopping and restaurants.
The hosts were very responsive when guidance was needed. The home was clean and spotless and provided essential cooking pots/pans etc.
We enjoyed our week to the fullest! I can honestly say I haven’t been that relaxed in a long time!

The owner cancelled on us as we were driving 7 hours down to lake Norman. He messaged saying there was mold and it wasn’t a health concern. Come to find out he never had it inspected he had someone else go rub it with bleach (doesn’t kill mold btw) especially if it’s behind the walls and when I asked to inspect it before deciding for myself if it was a health concern he cancelled our reservation. Beware thank goodness we found a much better house through lakecations!!!

This property was as listed. Very lovely and homey!! The owners were responsive. No problems. Fabulous dock! We made lots of duck friends. :). Would rent again. ❤️

We looked at other spots for our summer 2022 lake trip, but decided to return to this property because it is just so perfect. The house set up is great for kids to have their own space, but also good family space in the living room.
The outside space is wonderful - there is nice shade in the afternoon, the water off the dock is plenty deep, and there are plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the day. We made good use of the SUP + kayak as well.
Highly recommend Lake Effects Boat Rental as well - we got a 2nd SUP and kayak and a jet ski and we had a blast.
