How it was walking distance from so much!

The comfort that the staff gave us, it was an excellent experience.
Unfortunately the pancake machine was down but you can’t force technology.

They charged us for our room even after I had paid in advance through booking.com. They said they had everything straightened out, yet they charged us! Will never stay there again. And will never pay in advance again through Booking.com!

Honestly everything! The location, the shops around, the cleanliness, the options for snacks/drinks in the lobby, games for kids in the lobby, very up to date as far as decor, etc. Rooms were very clean, I loved how body wash, shampoo, etc was provided in the big bottles instead of the little travel bottles. Overall 10/10

Booking .com messed up rooms. Had no reservations when I called early in the week. Made my own reservations. Several people had no rooms. Overbooked because of third source failure

The room was very clean and organized.
Breakfast was just okay. Our tv didn’t work in the room. I booked a king suite and they gave me a queen room and never told me they were booked out and wouldnt give me a refund. Service was not helpful or friendly

The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately, someone was smoking in their room and set off the smoke detector at 11 pm, which was quite unpleasant for all.

There was a dirty diaper in the hall trash for 2 days that stank the whole floor including the room.
There isn't a comfortable seating option in room...just a very horrible teenager size desk chair.

Staff were very nice.
Room was tiny. TV and remote were all busted up, all furniture and paint were chipped, stains on the comforter. Felt dirty especially when paying almost $200 to stay.

I was charged 20 dollars more then what I booked it for! I really didn't think 250 plus dollars was reasonable for the small room.
