The property was very clean and well kept up
We had a coffee pot but it was never replenished with coffee for us to make each day. We went down and asked for more coffee and it looked like the desk clerk could not speak good English and had no idea what we wanted. He finally figured it out and gave me 2 Kcups. We were there 5 nights and had 4 cups of coffee in our room. We are big coffee drinkers and love to relax in the morning with our coffee. Also the trash cans were never emptied and the towels were replaced everyday except for one day

It was clean and close to everything.
I had to fix the toilet myself. The smoke detector was wrapped in a previous visitors shirt and left in the closet. Continental breakfast ran out of multiple things so we didn’t get what we wanted.

They promised they would do their best, but no guarantee to have a room ready earlier than the normal check-in time; they were very accommodating and kind when we requested a later check-out time the day of check out (we had a late night and were moving a little slow). It was close to the ferry into Grafton and had places nearby to grab a quick bite to eat. It was very clean, bright, and inviting. We will most certainly be staying again. Thank you again for playing a small part in making my birthday fun and relaxing.
While there were places to get food;Perhaps, a wider selection of late night munchies on-site.
But really it wasn't a "dislike" just a "would like".

The updates are nice, the new TVs are awesome and the blackout curtains are divine
The shower has hardly any water pressure and no grip on the tub floor which made for a very slippery shower. Also there is no where to hang your towel in the bathroom while showering. Also I understand the importance of sealing the parking lot but it would have been appreciated if the front desk would have warned us about it being done and the workers blocked me in and then got upset when I asked them to move so I could get out

The room was clean. Loved the vanity mirror in the bathroom.
House keeping didn't understand any English.

The hotel was under construction, no pool and dirty work out room. Was not aware of the construction before booking. The price was way too high for the quality.

The lady working the front was so helpful! I was suppose to decorate the room prior to my mother arriving and had limited time before her arrival she got us in early so I could surprise my momma. ❤️

The breakfast was decent and the location was great I wanted to be in St Charles
What I didn't like was the fact that they were under renovation/remodel and there was no facilities open for use. I was only told that the pool was closed and that was 3 days before the visit

Room wasn't ready, and when got to room it was still dirty, no hand soap,no wash rags, and one towel.

After waking in the morning, we found a DIRTY SOCK in our bed. Obviously the sheets had not been stripped after the last guest. Furthermore, there was a shopping cart full of trash near the elevator for our entire stay..

AC in rooms, comfortable bed.
I arrived at 6pm to check in and there was a sign in the desk telling me to pick up the phone. Both front desk attendants were up in a room, and I could see them on the balcony from the front desk. Waited 10 more minutes while they were doing who knows what. Then, the bathroom smells like mold, and there was no bag for the ice container.

My husband and I were in St Charles for a softball tournament. His game was over early and we were hot and tired. Check in was 3 but we got there at 1:30. Lady at front desk got our room ready early. Gratefully appreciated.
