The price $375 a night was totally too expensive. It should be about $185 and you seem to increase prices when people have to bring the kids back to college.

It was very nice and clean staff was friendly.

Free breakfast off the buffet was not the greatest.

NO MAID SERVICE WHEN ASKED FOR IT. AIR CONDITION DID NOT WORK. TOLD FRONT DESK AND THEY SENT UP SERVICE PERSON BUT STILL NOT FIXED.

The room was lovely as always. The location of the room was in the corner away from busy areas.

I booked a 47th anniversary stay. My note asked for something special to occur for my parents and I got a reply to my booking saying "We're happy to let you know that the property has confirmed they can arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request." I'm glad there was no extra charge because nothing special was said to my parents at checkin and no note in their room or anything indicating the hotel had any idea.

Clean, central location, spacious but not too big, nice and friendly staff ready to help with whatever you needed. The breakfast was great as well

Our room was dirty upon check in the staff was rude we were down at breakfast an hour before it was over and bc they only had one worker there was a line and then me and my kids got told we couldn’t get breakfast bc they only have one worker and they were done putting food out! The first night the bedding to the pullout bed was dirty had food crumbs and dirt all over it so we stripped the bed and requested new bedding around 9 pm and they didn’t bring the bedding until almost 3 am when we had to be up early that day for plans we had and my kids didn’t get to sleep until after 3 am bc of it! Just over all bad experience

The pool wasn't very clean. It was overrukids with kids. I was hard for them.to.clean.

Suite for separate private bed area, breakfast was nice, indoor plants and water fountains made it a nice experience. We like that the window opened for fresh air. Liked a table in room, (most hotels don't do that anymore). Night shift attendant was kind and helped us get in with door issues in lobby. Liked the Dove toiletries.

They didn't allow us a 1 hour early check-in whatsoever after they already said it was fine. Rather we had to sit and wait until 3, then our (already paid for) room STILL not ready, so I had to opt for another room. They also weren't the friendlyist of people, like we were bothering him. The first guy was decent, gave us water while waited. There was no vent in bathroom, so it stayed pretty muggy, and air conditioning was down to 60, and still not cool, rather felt like a fan on this 90+ degree weekend. We had 4 people on booking, but only 3 towels and we told them that, but never got more. We didn't get to use the pool (which was main reason for picking this location) but that was closed due to weather (indoor pool).

Didn’t have a king room available which is what I reserved, not one of the 12 floors had a working vending machine so we couldn’t get anything to drink, staff was super rude and didn’t care that our room category wasn’t available, hotel was dirty and trash was everywhere.

Nothing the hotel has really gone down!

The toilet had to be plunged several times. The food was awful under cooked sausage runny eggs and there was hair is the bathroom and on one of the beds. The water pressure was almost non existent and it was Luke warm at best. I told them several times about the problems and NOTHING was done.

Too many people Came at the wrong time. I wasn't aware of all the different events with all the kids. Olympia and Wedding It was a bit too much for me. Couldn't get a corner or double bed room. Now I see why🤔

I didn’t like that the Embassy cancelled my reservation in their error. when I arrived I didn’t have a room and had to get a 1 bed room for 3 people. I booked through booking.com for Friday and Saturday night. I cancelled Friday night. I called the hotel to cancel and they said I had to have booking.com cancel so I called booking.com sat on hold while they called and cancelled Friday night. I got my updated confirmation for Saturday night from booking.com but when I arrived to check in The Embassy cancelled Saturday night and said my reservation was for Friday. Embassy error. so we had to all stay in a smaller room. less beds not happy. I also know a friend booked the same way and called hotel and was able to cancel through the hotel and did not have to have booking.com cancel. not happy won’t stay again in fear I won’t have a bed to sleep in when I arrive. 👎
