Un hotel de nota 10+, totul la superlativ.
Piscina cu un view extraordinar, mâncarea foarte bună, difersificata.
Camera foarte mare,frumoasa si curata. Camera mai dispune de o terasa imensa cu vedere la mare. Foarte aproape de plaja . O plaja micuța,cu intrare lina în mare si nisip foarte fin.
Personalul foarte cumsecade și mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze.
Cu siguranță vom reveni! 😊🥰
Nu exista ceva ce sa nu-mi placa. Mi-as fi dorit sa aibă halat de baie și papuci .

Mic dejun diversificat, în funcție de preferințe , curățenie , mâncare bună , spectacol , priveliște frumoasă de la piscină , băuturi diverse , personal amabil ..camere spațioase și aerisite .
Nu are plajă proprie , locuri puține de parcare .

Bin mit Freunden und Bike dort gewesen. Hatten all inclusive gebucht. Essen Trinken sogar Cocktails waren inclusive. Old Town Nesebar war nur wenige Gehminuten weg. Personal hat einen Top Service und man merkt es das die meisten ihre Arbeit gerne machen.

The hotel is located in a great location - close to the old town, where it is nice to walk in the evening and not far from the paid beach. The good variety of food with a a different choices daily. Great reservation manager - many thanks for our excellent room with a great views!
Would be great to show attention to the returning guests such as welcome amenities. No bedside plugs. If you need, bring your own hair dryer, as it is outdated in the hotel. The hotel does not have its own beach - take your own towels to the beach, otherwise you will be charged 10 euros at check out as for the "damaged", even if you returned hotel's beach towel

Location, view, elevators, lobby
Staff spoke very little English, uncomfortable pillows, cold water in the pool, food was tolerable (definitely not 4 star quality), amenities mostly on paper (no minibar), antique hairdryer.

The hotel is located in an easily accessible location. There is a free beach 2 minutes from the hotel - it was clean and calm. There is also a paid beach next to it, where you can use a deckchair and an umbrella if you want. The location is in a quiet place, 5 minutes walking distance from the old town. The pool is located on the roof of the building and has a nice view. The food in the main restaurant was delicious, with a themed dinner every night. The preferences we asked for were taken into consideration. There are an iron and ironing board in the room. The maids cleaned the room every day.
Already at our check-in, the lady at the reception was quite inhospitable. The rest of the staff were foreigners who spoke neither Bulgarian nor English and this created a slight tension, but they tried to be nice. In the lobby of the hotel, as well as in the corridors, there are a lot of cobwebs with spiders and uncleaned corners that do not make a good impression. Our room was nice as shown in the pictures with some exceptions. The shower doors were broken and rattling. We could hardly open or close them. Every time we showered or washed our hands, there was an extremely unpleasant smell from the drain. The water was difficult to drain. The channel was blocked. Plaster from the ceiling fell on our clothes or personal belongings. The pool is very small. If more people decided to use the pool, it would be inconvenient.

The food was great, the pool on the rooftop was amazing and the view too.
The cleanliness was not good, the beach was always full and you can’t use the umbrella and there are no sunbeds.
