Zu wenig Personal. Bei 5 Sternen hätte ich Valet-Parking und umfangreichen gastronomischen Betrieb erwartet. Defekte Duschabtrennung wirkt etwas heruntergekommen

Colazione potenzialmente varia ma: brioches e dolci erano freddi. Non c'era latte senza lattosio. Marmellate senza etichetta e molto modeste di qualità. Qualità del pane appena sufficiente.
Camera con temperatura molto elevata pur se tutto spento (hanno detto) tale da dover dormire con finestre aperte a dicembre/gennaio. Camera molto rumorosa causa impianto climatizzazione ed altro. Ho chiesto di poter avere la spugnetta o piccolo panno per pulirmi le scarpe che il giorno prima aveva piovuto, mi hanno risposto che non avevano nulla; ho dovuto fare con i miei fazzolettini di carta. Frigobar attaccato alla testiera del mio letto. Doccia fissa. Ho dovuto chiedere intervento perchè non usciva acqua calda dal bidet. Camera piccola non della metratura come da prenotazione mentre la seconda camera era ok x metratura. Porte vecchie e scrostate (foto) . Al terzo giorno ho dovuto segnalare che da due giorni nel corridoio c'era un vassoio con tazze e bicchieri sporchi. Indicazioni di emergenza molto al limite anzi direi insufficienti.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the very center next on the main square next to great restaurants and attractions. The provided parking is under the main square close by.

This hotel is in a great location to be able to enjoy the central old town of Brescia. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was ample size for the two of us. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of meats and cheeses, cereal options, and fresh fruit. Hot dishes included scrambled eggs and sausage. Parking was very convenient, basically right under the hotel. Although our room was small, the hotel does have larger room options which we would look for should we find ourselves here again. We would stay here again.
The temperature control of the room was adequate but a little challenging to keep at a set level. The thermostat on the wall didn't appear to be able to be set so I was trying to keep the room temperature steady using the valves on the radiators. While this was adequate it was not ideal. Although the bed was large and comfortable, the room was very small. Larger room options are available in the hotel.

A hotel of elegance with a sense of yesteryear still preserved. Very friendly and helpful staff and a nice breakfast to start the day in this beautiful city. We were given the key to the roof terrace even though it was closed.

Too noisy insise the hotel with someone playing a piano at 7am. Breakfast very basd with dirty tables, no table service and broken coffee machine

Only location.
Be aware if you book a room, you can easily get the room that is totaly opposite from what you've booked. Room on the 4th floor, very tiny, not so large bed, walls are very thin, you can hear if the guest in the next door is speaking, snoring or farting. And at the reception they will explain it is the superior room that you jave booked. But you have eyes!
