The view must be the best ones in the entire mountain

The hotel location is superb with excellent views from the balcony... the breakfast was lovely with small selection but it was delicious.. from the hotel to get to the town centre is 2 min walk and so is the walk down to Minori which is around 45min walk.. the rooms were good size and well decorated.

Not much to dislike..

This hotel has a spectacular situation in the beautiful hill town of Ravenna, with wonderful views from all the rooms and the pool over the lovely Amalfi Coast. It's only a short walk from the centre of the town, with several nice restaurants nearby and the gates of the famous Rufolo gardens very close. We loved Ravenna because the coast is horribly crowded but up there, once the tourist coaches left late afternoon, it was beautiful and peaceful. They offer valet parking for E15 a day which is very helpful as parking is tight in this whole area and Ravenna itself is largely pedestrianised. We also loved the fantastic breakfast buffet.

Although this is a very efficient hotel, the staff, particularly the reception staff, weren't very friendly. Many of their guests only seem to stay one or two nights, which might be why it felt so impersonal. On one occasion the only road directly to Amalfi was closed because of a tragic accident. Although we asked about the bus service the day before, the receptionist (and the tourist information office) did not warn us of this - the only notification was a small and confusingly worded A4 notice on the desk that was easily hidden by guests checking in or out, and a bus timetable that was not accurate. We were stranded in Amalfi for hours with no transport and when we called the hotel to ask if they could order a taxi for us they hung up on us - twice.

The location was very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bell boy was cute

One of the worst rooms I have stayed in. The toilet had skid marks even before use. There was a spider web next to the wardrobe. The shower door is partially cracked. The curtains weren’t blackout, so the room was bright and as a result I couldn’t sleep well. The WiFi was terrible! It was like early 2000’s dial up connection speed. I absolutely hated my stay!

wonderful location, great room with balcony and view, staff , especially at the desk, were fantastic

no hair dryer, was so excited to try jacuzzi bath and multiple head shower but only regular shower worked. Restaurant was way below my expectations, that was the biggest dissatisfaction. TV and phone to desk didn’t work.

The pool and the view - the only upside!

Poor level of hygiene, sewage smells in certain areas of the hotel. The manager lives there and watches his tv all day with the door open, disturbing other guests. Front desk give you their opinion rather than listening to your own. Expensive restaurant - please go into Ravello for food, much better!!
