AC in my room did not work or perhaps was not switched on on the main building. No instructions in the room left to be able to call concierge. Hotel is located in what felt like a tough neighbourhood.

Silent and luxury hotel

The free 24/7 access private parking is really useful. Breakfast is rich and good. Rooms are spacious. Staff is helpful and professional (ok, some more training for the young ones is recomanded, before launching them into the pool)

It is unacceptable that a "Business" hotel like this has an awful WiFi connection! Impossibile to connect from the rooms, and as well a crap connection in the main hall. On top, the metal structure of the roof makes hard even to use your own mobile as hotspot. This is well known by the staff, but it seems it's not a priority for the Property. Result: if you need to work connected to the world, you have to leave the hotel. Nice, indeed. And a pity, because the architecture and the spaces available are amazing.
