Angenehme Gäste, die Flure sind zu laut wegen der Zimmertüren. Die Türen schlagen abrupt klatschend zu.

Alles sehr gut waren dieses Jahr schon das zweite mal da und wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein

The property is well maintained. The pools are clean and the gym has variety of dumbbells.

The property is accepting also a lot of young travelers who are partying at Arenal. On the weekends the young party people are lying drunk on the hotel floors. Unfortunately this is not what you are expecting of a suites & spa hotel.

The whole placed was very relaxed and facilities were brilliant.

The bed was ok but not great.

The resort is lovely. It is really big but it doesn’t feel like it. The spa is great. They have an excellent buffet for breakfast. The location, near the airport and not to far from Palma, is convenient. The staff is really friendly.

The property itself is great, but the surroundings not so much. As soon as you step out of the resort and head towards the beach, it’s young drunk Germans everywhere. It is really not pleasant. So it’s a good spot if you intend to stay on the resort but not so much if you want to explore around.

Great location close to airport, nice pool, friendly staff, good gym facilities. A lot of options in the breakfast buffet.

The prestige suite was excellent as was the air conditioning we had chosen a hotel with British TV channels in particular as we stay in the suite in the evening there were no English channels as there was a problem with the satellite which continued for our 7 days .Also no room service available and we were unable to get food from the bars after 6 each evening which impacted on the enjoyment of our holiday . We even asked for milk to take to our room but that was a problem too. Disappointing visit on all levels apart from the prestige suite being excellent . It was an expensive 7 days for very little customer service and basic things you should have access too in a 4 star plus hotel.☹️

The breakfast was amazing. The included spa was very relaxing and a treat after a long day. Will definitely return to this hotel next time I visit Mallorca.

It would have been nice to have room service available.

The spa was nice and had exercise classes.

The beds were 2 twin beds pushed together. I would have liked to have a queen or king bed. The jacuzzi in the spa could have been hotter.

Very nice room with big balcony which was a +. The breakfast had a huge selection and we ate sometimes at the lunch bar as well which also was nive. The waiter Maria was really friendly and serviceminded. The indoor pool etc was also a treat.

The bed was too hard. We did not expect it but the outdoor pool was not heated so had to go inside to swim (which was ok, was March so)

the space in the building, the welcoming staff, the arrangement they made to let us have a small breakfat at 6am in the morning. Close to the airport

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to the beach and also easy access to Palma by bus. The bed is very comfy 😌

The gym was dated and hot, need a new air conditioning.

Going out from the hotel and taking a stroll on the beach (not such a pleasant area)

Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, really nicely decorated room (we had a junior suite), good shower and I liked the fact that the toilet and shower cubicle were separate from the vanity basins. Breakfast or dinner was on the roof, absolutely fabulous views. This was a really good hotel.

considering the room was so nice and well appointed, the hairdryer was absolutely rubbish!

We had an amazing stay for 3 nights. Breakfast was very nice, plenty to choose, all drink included during the breakfast, coffee, tea, all juices , milk nd champagne. Dinner as well, massive choice of meat , fish, salads, only one down, that you need to buy all the drinks during dinner, even water. SPA is one of the best we saw in hotels. All jacuzzies, saunas, steam room, salt room, cold igloo room. Well worth to visit. The lady Sandra in the SPA was really lovely, explain everything. We had few classes: Pilates and water exercise - was so much fun. all hotel staffs was amazing during our stay. would definitely come back again.

you need to pay for the drinks, even water during dinner.
