It was not easy to reach the hotel from the train station. Although it was not far away from the train it was hard to find.

I love the room, very spacious and clean. I like how they provide hot drinks/water dispensers 24h. Staff is friendly. Location really close to the premium outlet La Rosaz Village. 15 mins walk to the train station. And there is a carrefour very close and restaurants.

Can be dark on the way to the hotel at night. Might need a bigger/more obvious sign to lead the way.

The breakfast

The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful! The location is not of my favorite however, it was seven minutes away from the outlets, and that was the purpose of our trip. The room was a pretty good size. The breakfast was OK nothing to die for. behind the hotel, it’s a walk path to the train station, which takes five minutes walking. do you only food around that area is franchise.

The shower could have a door to prevent any water from overflowing onto the rest of bathroom. Trashcan could have a bag so that if anything is thrown there, it won't stain the trashcan.

Breakfast a bit below average. Less choices. Better to have different variety of foods. Location no comment as takes about 5-6 minutes for travelling to office

Even a simple set of toothbrush pack has not seen.

The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained by very friendly staff. The room is simple but perfect for someone travelling for work or for a short trip to Las Rozas. The bathroom in particular was very nice with a great shower. The breakfast was also tasty and, being available from 6am, was ideal if you are waking up early to commute. In terms of value for money this is a very good option. Very easy to travel to Madrid by train from this hotel, as the nearest train station is a 5 minute walk.

The location, while near to a shopping centre and train station, is a little remote (on the side of a motorway) however if you have a car or are comfortable with public transport this will not be an issue. The room has no fridge or safe. The WiFi could be a little tricky and often required some connecting/disconnecting in order for it to work.

Very clean, hospitable staff, 24/7 free coffee / hot chocolate, decent breakfast, nice showers, Carrefour mall within 4 min walk which has many eateries and can buy what you need. local train station just behind the hotel for light travellers.

WiFi was not good. didn’t work most of the time.
