The location.

The final price it wasn’t the same like booking, and they said that was a booking problem…..

Its location is perfect. We had everything we needed in a hotel and staff was extremely kind.

Great location !! You're less than 15min walking from the Old City. same for the covered market. You can really enjoy the fay and the night life while you stay here. The staff was really nice and very welcoming a'd helpfull. Great balcony to enjoy your morning coffee!!!! It's a huge plus. Also the hotel seems really secure since there's always someone at the front desk (day and night) and cameras... The Wifi works great

In 2023 a carpet in a hotel room isn't an option ! Even if, clearly the cleaning staff is doing a great job, it reminds kind of dirty.

old, worn out, dirty place. no elevator, steep stairs. staff useless.

Very well located on walking distance to everything in the new and old center of Jerusalem. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Although great location (because of that) also really noisy area until late at night (although we were there during Succot festival time which probably made it busier than usual). If you’re a bad sleeper better take some ear plugs.

i think as i know myself never get too much refundable vacation at such GOOD price and nice place

We tried this hotel regardless of its not very high rating and we have never regretted about that. This hotel has a great location with 15 min of slow walk to the old city. There are plenty of cafes and shops near it. The rooms are quite large, there is hot water and good WiFi. You can also use its dining area with free tea, coffee, and drinking water. And this hotel is really affordable! So, on our second visit to Jerusalem, we returned to hotel Zion.

The furniture is a bit shabby, the bed linen is old and the hotel itself is not very clean.

Location, nothing more . Staff was not friendly, they didn't want to help me to call a couch , I had to find the couch myself .
