The pictures of the accommodation give the illusion of a holiday feel but this isn’t what you are presented with. The building is run down. The ‘condition’ of the room is also not how the pictures look. Yes the furnishings are the same, yes it is a picture of the room, but the 'condition' itself is not how it looks on the pictures. The walls in the room are marked, the furnishings marked and stained, the windows old and rotten. You can’t turn off the rain shower ( just drips ) so you shower holding the handheld spout whist the rain shower drips. Please see pictures attached. Rooms are in residential block, residents are noisy and the residents below our room ( I think ) had the dog which barked all night until early hours of the morning. Maybe other rooms are not effected so much, ours faced onto the outside courtyard which was noisy at night also. Picture of foyer is not manned by anyone. Doesn’t feel particularly very safe. Entrance very run down, dirty, cigarette butts and litter on the stairs, entrance smelt of vomit when we arrived. We had an Issue regarding the room, room on confirmation email not room we were provided (this is something we are following up with booking.com, not the hotel). However, the staff at the main hotel were not nice to deal with and were not at all interested in ‘listening’ to what our issues were throughout our stay. I was brought to tears and embarrassed in front of the main hotel guests. We were moved to the main hotel for the remaining 2 nights, this hotel I cannot fault. However, unfortunately, as the staff had been so unpleasant this effected these 2 nights. The experience did ruin the entire time we were on the Amalfi Coast. Overall, we did not have a pleasant stay, expectation vs reality was a disappointment.

Parking for the car! The most central position you can imagine in Maiori. The hotel is situated on one of the floors of an apartment building at the beginning of the main street of the city. The beach is across the road. Directly opposite the free part of the beach. You will find lots of shops, restaurants and cafes neat it. Nice room, nice bed, nice decor. There is a refrigerator, safe. Very nice tiles in the bathroom. Sea and mountain view from the balcony. Nice staff, especially the driver.

We really missed the dryer. There is absolutely no place to hang towels and swimwear after the beach. The hotel is located right on the main road, which is a huge plus on the one hand. But I definitely do not recommend the hotel to lovers of silence. This is part of the main coast road and is very noisy. Cars drive on it all night. Enjoying the view of the sea in silence on the balcony will not work at all, despite the fact that we were in the coronavirus and is no longer in season. Please note that pool photos are not relevant to this hotel. We chose between several options, and chose this hotel precisely because of the photo of the pool, confident that this means that the hotel has its own territory. This pool is located on the beach of the hotel, which most likely belongs to the same owner. Car parking and check in takes place there. But you have to pay for this beach just like anyone else. Therefore, the owner of any other hotel or apartment in this city could have posted a photo of this pool and beach, this is not entirely fair.

The location is good, near the free beach and in the main street

The pool is not near the room but 350m away so that was disappointing, the room is outdated, the rain shower is broken.
