There wasn't any English TV information channel set among many Spanish / Catalan ones.

Very spacious and clean! Nicely decorated. Garage for the car and locker for the skies. Excellent customer service via whatsapp. 10 minutes to the slopes.

it was really confortable for a big group (4 adults and 2 kids) even provided a cot for the baby. the kitchen had everything you need to cook

The kitchen appliances were really new and well kept, the kitchen is fully equipped, everything was super clean, the apartment is really nice and cozy.

I asked the host before I made the reservation if the transportations were easy between the apartment and the slopes. The host assured me there were buses running every 30 min. So I decided not to rent a car, since she told me that was not necessary. This turned into a nightmare. We waited for almost 2h every time for the bus, completely ruined our trip. On top of the bad information about transportation, the host made us wait for almost 25 min outside, in the snow, in the middle of the night to check in (I confirmed my arrival time beforehand, but had to call multiple times until they opened the door), they also sent messages almost everyday asking for additional documentations and telling us to park the car in the garage (they really didn't pay any attention)!!! Really disrespectful, once they have the confirmation and the money it feels like they don't care about anything. We waited a lot for the bus every time, and the constant ask about the documentation was really the last drop. The apartment was really nice, it's really a shame that there was not enough toiletries, toilet paper or proper reception service. If the service was a little better I'd definitely go back.

The staff, the cleanliness, how everything is organized, the location is very close to the train station. Alp is just a few minutes away which gives you access to shopping, dinning etc. Andorra is just about an hour away as well.

The room was wonderful. Fully equipped for the family and high attention to the small details. Very spacious. Warm and nice. The host was great and very helpful and communicative. Check in was easy and check out was flexible. Very close to La Molina ski resort.

The close area didn't have any nice restaurants. The shower is nice, but can be better.
