The place needs a facelift, rooms are old, kitchen has bad light and stinks (someone been frying something, bit noisy, staff needs some language trainings for the international idea. Signing would be useful you are lost before you know it in the big place.

Cozy and warm. Nice and helpful staff. Close to the lifts.

We like tea and there was no kettle and large cups. The rest was great.

Good heating, nice apartment and convenient location for accessing the ski resort. Our room was a bit noisy because it was close to the main entrance to the apartments building and for some reason that door did not have something to retain it when people closed it. So it kept slamming until early hours. But the apartment was much bigger than what we had really booked and paid for, therefore we did not really complain in this occasion.

There is no oven, only a microwave.

Free parking but pretty narrow car paths, especially if there were already cars parked there. - Ski slopes are decently close, but we still went with the car to the slope's main parking area. - Supermarket is really close.

The apartment was supposed to be for 5 persons. It had 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a small couch that could not fit an adult, pretty inclined, and somehow, if extended, was smaller that when closed!?. - Only got 3 sets of towels & amenities (so only for 3 people) - They insisted we had 5 based on the fact we had 3 large towels and 2 small - hand towels. - Only the absolute basics in terms of soap, toilet paper, etc. Need more? you need to buy them from them at crazy rates or from the supermarket, which was close... - Wifi? it shows up but no real internet connection, so if you need it for work, don't expect it to be usable. (all the apartments connect to the same wifi) - The whole night there was noise coming from above and below. - All questions/complaints were met with a "That's how it's done here" type of response.

Easy transfer from Barcelona with inexpensive train and bus to resort

Restaurants and cafes all had similar menus and some could have been better (service / quality). Some slopes were so short of snow they were too icy/stony and the lift service was also impacted.

The location was great .Very good size of appartment.It was also warm all night.

The bedsheets were not clean , the wifi was very weak.

We paid a lot for one night, and cleaning was not included. We were supposed to leave everything as we found it, otherwise there would be a fee. Early check in and late check out were immediately turned down.

The receptionists on arrival were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The location is good, within walking distance of decent enough bars for food.

The sofa bed was extremely old and dirty looking, and very uncomfortable. The bedsheets had stains on them. The description of the accommodation promised a terrace, but there was nothing of the sort, not even a balcony. The bedroom door didn't shut properly and in general the whole apartment was old and over-used. They demand an early 10am check-out with very strict measures for cleaning the apartment - they charge you if you leave clean dishes in the dishwasher, for example. But at the same time, we didn't find the apartment particularly clean or impressive to begin with. It didn't seem very fair.
