Soba sicer lowb, vendar tudi 10%ni bila podobna fotografijam iz bookinga, umazano, zanikrno, staro 20let in vec, hrana katastrofa, star kruh, ena vrsta salame oz samo sluzasta sunka, pekovsko pecivo staro par dni, tudi dofilat se jim ga ni dalo vsak dan sproti, kava ni bila kava, ampak obarvana voda, pecena jajca hladna, na bazenu umazani lezalniki, ki so jih po nekaj dneh umaknili, omet iz sten bazena so pometali dva dni...postelje in jogiji stari 30let, ko si se ulegel, si padel v posteljo, wc tak, da lahko skoraj dobis tetanus, umazano in zanikrno. Placali smo za 7 nocitev 580e!!!! Tudi 200e ni vredno! Se dobro, da smo samo spali noter, ker kaj vec ni varjante, da bi delali. Potujemo preko bookinga vsaj 3×/leto, vendar kaj taksnega se nismo doziveli! Ne priporocam hotela, tudi najhujsemu sovrazniku! Osebje totalno neprijazno in osorno. Katastrofa!

Łazienki wymagają gruntownego remontu, pokoje też wypadałoby odświeżyć, sterowanie klimatyzacji tylko przez recepcje, basen od 9-18.
Panie w recepcji nie miłe i nie pomocne.
Głośno.
Serwis kawowy to tylko czajnik.
Hotel ma zasadę, aby przed wyjściem zostawiać klucz w recepcji, a jednocześnie nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za zostawione rzeczy.

La posizione, vicina alla stazione degli autobus che permette di spostarsi praticamente ovunque.
Inoltre, molti ristoranti etnici nelle vicinanze.
Gli scarafaggi enormi trovati nella vasca da bagno, con tanto di porta del bagno che non si chiudeva, con il rischio di ritrovarseli in camera da letto.
La prima volta, è intervenuto un addetto alle pulizie che ha letteralmente spinto giù nelle tubature lo scarafaggio che, da quanto era grande, era rimasto incastrato nello scarico della doccia.
La seconda volta, ho segnalato il problema direttamente alla receptionist, che mi ha saggiamente detto che dovevamo ucciderlo noi, dato che "non è un coccodrillo" e, inoltre, "è normale qui".
Igiene inesistente, pulizia insufficiente se non nel cambio degli asciugamani quotidiano, muffa, ruggine, polvere...devo aggiungere altro?
Cose mai viste prima nella mia vita, nemmeno negli ostelli con i bagni in comune.
Non mi si venga a dire che siccome è una scelta più economica rispetto alle altre strutture della zona, allora tutto questo debba essere considerato "normale". Stiamo parlando di condizioni igieniche di base.
Mi rendo conto che la presenza di scarafaggi sia un problema generale della città, ma l'atteggiamento dello staff è stato davvero destabilizzante.

Tiere auf dem Boden, Bett hart und Matratze sehr alt und benutzt. Der Wasserhahn war kaputt und er ist die ganze Zeit gelaufen. Demnach haben Sie es nicht repariert, sondern einfach das Wasser abgestellt. Wir konnten weder aufs Klo, noch duschen oder Zähne putzen.

Ogólnie sprzątane pobieżnie, firany nie widziały proszku od lat. Jak gdzieś są plamy to też stare. Nie było w pokoju lodówki i czajnika. Musieliśmy prosić o uzupełnienie tego sprzętu. Klucz od pokoju kazano nam oddawać przy wychodzeniu z hotelu po czym po 2 dniach nasz "się zgubił" i powiedziano nam, że będziemy musieli za niego zapłacić - dopiero osobisty przegląd monitoringu (pani twierdziła, że nas nie ma na nagraniu) udowodnił, że klucz oddaliśmy i to hotel go zgubił.
Poza tym obsługa średnio miła, raczej mają "wyrąbane" na gości. Przydałoby się poradnie posprzątać i poprawić podejście do klienta

With a little upgrade in the furniture, could upgrade the hotel next level, charge a bit more.
The staff lacks in consistency with information, in a hotel the information should be uniform. One of the examples: the morning staff when asked if after check out I could still use the pool they said YES, the night staff when chatting and saying the next morning I would use the pool, He said that he was not sure I would have to ask the staff in the morning. Shows that they navigate as oppose to know the hotel they work for.

If you are travelling on a budget, this is the perfect hotel for you! We stayed for a week with my friend and were absolutely satisfied with our room. A late-night check-in and a hotel transfer were available which was a real lifesaver for our trip. Our room was nice and clean, and we also had a balcony which was excellent for our late-night talks or morning workouts. Our room was tidied up, and we also got clean towels every day. The location of the hotel is more than excellent, just a few minutes walk from the beach, city centre and main bus station. Although we did not try out the hotel restaurant, we occasionally visited the bar downstairs for one or two drinks and coffee. We also attended parties there and had an amazing time. The staff was very fun and friendly.
We truly enjoyed our stay in the Euroclub hotel. I can totally recommend this place because here you get everything and more you need for this excellent price!
There is an air conditioner/heater in the room but no remote control so you cannot set the temperature on your own but need to contact reception which is rather inconvenient.

The price , I paid 145€ for 4 nights ,no breakfast,double room with balcony including pick up from airport !
The room was spacious, reasonably clean with kettle and TV ( bad signal). Bathroom was big with bath and shower,very good pressure and super hot.
The breakfast cost me 7.5€ and was very very good value . English breakfast was on offer along with toast ,cheese , ham and jam. Cereal and fruit was also there accompanied with juices , tea and coffee all on a buffet .
The location was superb ,this time of year not noisy and all the tourist facilities within easy walking distance including the bus station.

Reading the replies to comments here from the hotel management it seems as if this unfriendliness is hotel culture .
Some of the justified negative comments are replied to with " it's a three star budget hotel ,if you want better go to a five star hotel" this is not helpful and I'm surprised the hotel has survived this long with this sort of attitude , cockroaches , bad beds and no air con are issues that should be addressed and NOT criticized.
I was lucky in that I didn't have any major problems.
The vending machines in the hotel are a rip off. Water costs 2€ and chocolate bars 1.5€ .
That's 200-400% mark up ,go 50m out of the hotel to the supermarket,but you get the feeling of being ripped off, totally unnecessary.
This hotel should invest a bit of time in staff training, a smile goes a long way and listen to the cliental, bad beds should not be accepted just cause it's a three star hotel.
If I ever returned to Malta ,I would go elsewhere quite simply because of the attitude of the hotel staff.

There was no wi-fi in the room. Air conditioning was awful and it was on all the time. They charged us money for printing one airport card. There were parties at the pool at 23:30 and it was very loud. I don't recommend it!!!

Dogs barking one on ground level below us and one on the roof adjacent to our room, dog poo all over was disgusting we couldn't open the bathroom window because it over looked the roof and a unhappy dog crying and barking left on the roof all day in the sun it was awful to watch.
My husband and I complained on 2 occasions but nothing was done about it .
We have stayed in euroclub hotel before no problems but we won't be staying again was a bad experience something should be done about the dog on the roof especially.

Close too the beach and public buses. The red hair lady receptionist wasnt friendly , not even a single smile for the rest of our stay, but the other girl Hanah was so nice ,polite, helpful and friendly always smilling
The rooms were not being cleaned properly. Broken tapes were fixed with tissues to stop leaking but when the tissues gets wet its disgusting. The sheets for the beds are too small you cant tuck them so had to keep on waking up to fix the sheet. Furniture being moved around at 6am making noise while sleeping. So many days got a knock on the door at 9.30 from the cleaners had to tell them to come back later or not to come at all that day
