The hospitality and kindness of Ana, the manager was incredible. from the moment we stepped in she was trying to make our stay pleasent and fun. the food there is great both breakfast and lunch. the rooms are comfortable the place is quiet and great startup point for trips

The pension needs a little bit of refurbishment. It doesn't seem that lately, there have been any investment in renovation, there was a specific smell in the bathroom, some mold down in the cabin shower, some rust on the radiators/heater, the floor in the common area is scratched, not what is used to be from the present photos etc. It's clearly in need of some replacements. But these are not entirely critical aspects, nothing one cannot live without.

Unpaved road for 300meters, facilities are pretty basic and would need a bit of refurbishment, wifi internets gets overwhelmed when all guests start using it.

Pension Iara is a lovely place in the Apuseni Mountains. There is a lot of nature and you have many hiking routes. The staff was very friendly, especially Ani, she's such a kind soul and she helped me because I forgot my hair shampoo and conditioner at home, she gave me hers. So 10/10 for the staff. The dinner was so good, everything it's done there, no catering. I would recommend going there with your partner or with kids. Also, there were 3 dogs, the sweetest in the world. I am a dog lover, so that's why I need to mention them because they can't hurt anyone, they just bark at cars.

I think they need to change some facilities from Booking because you do not have a coffee machine in your room, but you have one at breakfast. Also, there were just 3 sockets in the room, no socket in the bathroom for the hairdryer. We are a couple made of a photographer guy and a videographer girl so we need a lot more because we need to charge our batteries. Also, there are ants in the room, we had one, but a friend of mine had a lot more. So be careful. And one last thing, there were some kids and when I wanted to sleep at like 9 PM - 10 PM (because I was tired) I heard a lot of people especially kids because we had the second room which is near the reception.
