The location was wonderful, nice restaurants and great room.

I wish they had a spa or pool/jacuzzi

Beautiful hotel & central

1. Hot water takes 15 minutes to kick in - I was on the 7th floor and the hot water kicked in AFTER I had had the shower. 2. NO Room service - However, not wrong if you're upfront about it, but certain members (from cruise ships) get served room service - like the room opposite mine. When I pressed the "Room Service" button on the phone - I had to call about 8 times before they told me that they don't offer room service during this time of the year- which is obviously a BIG FAT lie. 3. The staff spoke little to NO English - which is fine because most places in Chile don't. But being rude is not. The reception made a reservation with a restaurant I wanted and never informed me that it had been confirmed. It's like a bunch of kids running this place - no responsibility whatsoever.....are we supposed to read their minds?

Best breakfast from all the hotels I stayed in Puerto Natales / Punta Arenas. A lot of options. Very luxurious type of place. Bath tub on the bathroom. Good views from the windows.

My only complaint is that the TV has very few channels compared to other places. It does have connection to the internet so you can watch youtube, but the wi-fi network connected to the TV kept getting disconnected.

restaurant services needs a lot of improvement:food taste and food presentation, servers need training.

The location is perfect; just in the heart of the city! The staff were very nice and helpful. The restuarant and lobby are nice. Breakfast was good.

Basically it's a nice 5 stars restaurant and conference center with a 2 star hotel above it! The shower head and pressure was very bad! There was no power sockets around the work desk in the room. The WiFi access was almost useless in the room and you had to go to the restaurant for a good connection. No air conditioning which was tolerable in the fall.

the lavatory drainage was not working.

Location, Cleanliness

Outside of the hotel was very noizy during night. Noizy car and bike were paasing a lot.

nice hotel with large clean rooms. the breakfasts was amazing with lots of choice and a nice dining room. location is good right in front of the park.

checkout was really slow. also be aware that the parking is a few blocks down from the hotel and you need to ask for the clicker to open it (don’t go into the entrance next to the hotel it’s for something else)
