very clean and cozy rooms/apartments, friendly English speaking staff, excellent internet connection speed, breakfast delivered in the room in the previous afternoon - we really liked it and highly recommend it
the only small issue was that the bathroom door required some effort to be opened/closed, but it was no problem for a short stay, and the staff was responsive

A bright, welcoming, and warm space just a few minutes' walk from the main streets of Punta Arenas. The staff are incredibly helpful and happy to accommodate requests where possible. The breakfasts are kept in your fridge and replenished each day. A very comfortable stay!

This was one of the best place I ever stayed traveling through many countries. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was well equipped with great breakfast served in the room. Everything in the bathroom was new and fabulous. The towels were very clean and good quality. There is a lot of wood in design of this place and it brings the very warm cozy feelings. I literally didn’t want to leave this place and my little daughter was very upset to leave her own cute room. We booked 2 bedrooms apt. Great!

Everything was good but it was a little bit noisy because of the neighbors. Love the breakfast in the room (raw eggs you can cook your way, ham, cheese, yogurt, juice, muffins, milk, coffee, tea)

The staff was friendly and they received us when our flight arrived close to midnight. Good stop before heading to Torres del Paine the next morning.

Only thing I would change is to have an elevator if staying on the top floor.
