Beachfront rental property in beautiful Garden City Beach, SC.
2BR 1 unité de bain qui fait partie d'une maison à plusieurs unités. 5 couchages lorsque le canapé-lit est utilisé. Nous avons également une unité 1BR et 4BR à la même adresse. L'unité 2BR est située à 18 pieds au-dessus du niveau du sol et offre une vue magnifique sur la plage. La Muth Beach House fait partie de notre famille depuis 1953. La maison est une propriété en bord de mer, donc vous traversez littéralement la dune pour atteindre l'océan. L'unité 2BR propose des lits queen dans chaque chambre avec un canapé-lit dans le coin salon. Cuisine entièrement équipée et opérationnelle avec un coin salon spacieux qui donne sur la plage. Les ponts des espaces communs offrent un plaisir extérieur et des sièges. Le Muth Beach House est situé à seulement 16 km de l'aéroport de Myrtle Beach et à 5 km de Murrells Inlet.
Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible dans tout l'établissement et une télévision par câble est disponible dans chaque chambre.
Un ascenseur extérieur est disponible pour aider à atteindre chaque étage de la maison.

Wish blinds worked better but seemed trivial once we adapted.
Loved the vanity and sink in each bedroom; so convenient. Our small dog felt safe when we had to leave her. Definitely recommend.

What a wonderful stay. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean. The porch overlooked the ocean. What more could you ask for? Gliders and rocking chairs? They were on the porch. I have often said that staying at the Muth House is like visiting a family home. It is not the most stylish, but it embraces you like a worn soft quilt- nothing could be better. The perfect place to wind down and relax.

We had a wonderful time. Our dog Zida enjoyed it as much as we did.
Helpful hints: telling visitors where washer/dryer are located; grab bar at bath tub for older folks; for your own pocket, change out filters on air conditioning. (My husband changed it because it was completely clogged.)
He also worked on back storm door as wind was blowing it open.

The unit needed more thorough cleaning. Mattress pad on front bedroom had animal scent (Dog). Recommend washing the pads at the same time as sheets. We love the unit and enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Our overall stay was excellent. This was the first time that we rented a shared stay We've always rented a house. But our stay was great,, no problems of any kind, even though i thought there might be. Thinking about renting again next year if our date is open. Thank you for allowing us this experience. Overall we had a good experience here. The condo is very cute and the location you can’t beat. My only issue was that the upstairs unit was incredibly loud due to it not having carpeting and it being the 4br unit. Something to be prepared for id say. Space could be updated a little like in the kitchen and bathroom but overall well stocked. Also recommend unit numbers, I had to sort of guess which door was for our unit when I got there.

We absolutely loved the Muth house! Everything was exceptionally clean and we had quick responses with a few questions that we had upon arrival. It was so nice to just walk out the door directly to the beach! The 2 bedroom was perfect for my husband, daughter, myself and our 2 tiny pups! We will be back!

Rented the one-bedroom last year and reserved the two-bedroom before leaving (the one-bedroom was already reserved!).
So happy with the amount of space in this unit. Each bedroom has its own wall-length vanity and sink. I was able to spread out all my makeup, hair styling aids, perfume, etc., and hubby had room for all his too.
Two grills are under the house and have full propane tanks. We bought fresh seafood and enjoyed a nice breeze each evening while cooking outside.
The deck outside has comfortable chairs for sitting, reading, and watching the beach. The AC is strong and along with the ceiling fans, the unit stays very cool.
We rented beach chairs w/ umbrella and they were set up by 7:00am (picked up by 4:00). Such a treat to just walk down and enjoy!

Great location and wonderful place, surprisingly quiet. Great yard for our small dog. Used Rover.com to find Amanda to spend a few evenings with him while we went out to dinner. Amanda was great. And our neighbors said they didn't hear our dog at all, so he wasn't a bother.

Stay in Murrells Inlet
Unit was not quite ready when we arrived, due I believe to staff shortage (understandable). When I addressed an issued with the bedroom blind not working properly, I got one response to try again, it took me several days to figure it out. On site management did not respond after the first email for 2 additional days after I finally figured it out. Very little hand soap, dishwashing liquid, & toilet paper.(not even enough for 1 usuage). Several light bulbs are burned out in the unit. No safety bars in the shower, no bath mat to prevents slips/falls, some TV cable issues. It would be good to put in the introductory letter what clients need to provide for themselves. The property itself is nice, and I would recommend it.

Wonderful view of the ocean, comfortable and clean with everything for a great vacation.
This was a great place to unwind at the beach. I had everything I needed to relax with my dog. A friend stayed with me for a few days and was just as comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Even the sofa was great. And the internet worked! The beach itself was perfect for walking or swimming. This was a perfect getaway. I was so grateful to be able to stay at the Muth beach house. Appreciate the kindness of the Building manager as well. Thank you

Very nice place
The place was clean and had a nice yard for my son to play in. The view was amazing and so were the owners/property manager. We arrived way earlier than expected and she was kind enough to get the place ready for us earlier than our check in time. We had a great time. Thank You for renting your place to us.

Great location on the beach - however the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.
Great location on the beach. The only issue was the carpet in the main living area smelled like dog urine. It was very difficult to enjoy time in the unit due to the oder. Property manager offered to have the carpet cleaned during our stay but that would have disrupted our short stay. Hopefully the carpet will be cleaned or replaced for future guests.

Wonderful vacation with family and pup!
We loved this home. A great little grassy area for our lab puppy to romp and play. She got to meet little toads and after spitting them out became friends. Lol. Great views and clean house! Big parking lot. Steps away from beach! Convenient access to water hoses to clean up pup after splashing and digging on the beach! Will definitely stay again in the future!

Home Away From Home
This family-friendly beach house has all the charm of home...just add a beautiful beach! This property is literally on the beach, so you wake up to the ocean and enjoy the sunset each night. Check-in was easy and smooth, the beach house was impeccably clean. The unit smelled fresh, the living room had enough space for the family to gather together, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook dinners 'at home'. This was our first family beach vacation, and we will be booking another stay at the Muth beach house. I searched for the perfect place to take my family for our first beach vacation and this beach house exceeded our expectations! There was nothing better than being on the beach, and literally watching our kids have a great time, knowing that if they forgot something in the house it was just steps away! If you want to book a vacation with professional, polite, caring people...look no further. Trust me when I tell you, once you book this beach house you will keep coming back year after year! Who knows, maybe we will see you there!

This property is perfect for a family vacation. It is a small complex of just 3 units, providing private direct access to the beautiful beach. Our kids truly enjoyed being able to spend countless hours swimming in the ocean and playing on the beach.

Wonderful Getaway
The Muth house was a great home away from home! It was very clean and we could not beat the view!! Absolutely amazing views and peacefulness at this house. We were so happy that we could bring our pup along for our family getaway. You just can’t beat the location! Right in the middle of all the great activities in Garden City/Murrell’s Inlet, yet peaceful, private beach access! We would love to come back soon!
