The location was perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! We appreciated the upgrade, it was so generous. We didn’t want to leave.

We received an unexpected room upgrade. The staff communicated with us before arrival to coordinate pick up from the port. This was very much appreciated and very organised of the property to think ahead in this way. The staff were fantastic, courteous and accommodating. Breakfasts were fabulous.

This hotel was spectacular with the most attentive, warm and professional staff that made our vacation truly memorable. The days started with an amazing breakfast buffet, a location which was close to Fira but far enough away to feel relaxed, a beautiful pool with breathtaking views to enjoy our afternoon and a terrace to watch the sunset. We could not have asked for anything more.

The rooms in the lowest category (in which we stayed the first night) are not very nice considering the high price.

The facilities were absolutely amazing. The views of the caldera were stunning and the views of the sunset every night were beyond beautiful. We were so happy with the staff, an experience of a lifetime!

The location and property is the best on Santorini! If you are looking to book, book now! They have the biggest pool with stunning features! (swim up bar, comfy lounge/tanning chairs, steam room, showers and lunch service.) So peaceful and private! A perfect way to escape the crowds and heat. The bar/pool bar is top notch (open all day and night) They also have a breakfast lounge (best breakfast we had on our travels). They offer delicious lunch and amazing dinner especially during sunset. All located on the best view point and the most central location on the highest sea cliff in all of Santorini. Rooms are all amazing we stayed in two rooms due to an upgrade and both rooms were very clean, well stocked, well thought out and all with an amazing views and private patio.

I thought where we were located wasn’t the best suite out of the property as it didn’t have much view of the caldera. I also thought it was strange to charge room service fee in addition to the order. considering it was our honeymoon we didn’t really feel like the hotel had done enough to welcome our stay.

The staff are the absolute best. So kind, so helping. They great you with a smile and uplift your mood daily.

everything about this hotel is truly incredible! It was my second time staying here and I brought my 83 year old Grandma & the staff was so sweet and accommodating (always helped her walk up and down the stairs). All of the staff especially Aggiliki, Konstantinas, Dimitria made our experience so wonderful-they we’re always there to help set up reservations/taxis, give recommendations, & were a pleasure to talk with ! We were so sad to leave! Every room has a gorgeous view of the caldera & rooms were so clean & the a/c worked great!!

Location was amazing, great view of the Caldera. Pool and terraces fantastic. Breakfast outstanding. We had a superb stay.

Fantastic hotel with spectacular views. Wonderfully quiet spot on a very busy island, with a great restaurant of its own. We loved having a sunset drink overlooking the caldera before going out for dinner every evening. Brilliantly personal service (especially from Aggeliki!) to create an incredibly easy and relaxing holiday

Room was smaller than we expected based on photos but still not bad by any means. Although very little space in / around shower and sink so quite tight. Also surprised to have to pay extra for non-filter coffee at breakfast but not a big deal

That was my 6th time in Santorini and i pick Imerovigli the last couple of times. Location- perfect, you have amazing views towards Fira, Imerovigli as well as towards Oia. The hotel is a little further out to the cliff compared to the other hotels and that gives you a nice sense of peace and relaxation without crowds Suite- i picked one of the suites which is more isolated and with great privacy and that was a perfect choice for me Staff- everyone did an excellent job Food- great quality both the breakfast and dinner at the hotels restaurant

when asked the hotel about activities like catamaran, wine tasting etc they provided some options but i think they can do a little better on providing details on this also even though i loved my suite some other rooms which are on the part of the hotel closer to the pedestian walk i wouldnt like to stay
