The hotel offered us a complimentary upgrade with a great view,the suite had a private pool which was amazing. The location is great but from our room we couldn't see the entire sun set the rooms are a bit old with very basic setting

For the money we paid we expected better service on the first day they forgot to clean our room and after calling them at 6PM they did our rooms. The breakfast is very basic and the food in the restaurant expensive with no taste at all. My recommendation find a hotel in Oia as it has the best views

This hotel is by far the best I have ever stayed in. Not only was the room beautiful, the balcony was to die for, with a view like the movies and a pool! The indoor jacuzzi was a bonus (they upgraded the room) and we even had two bathrooms and two beds! The rooms are full of amenities that you don’t usually get, plus a complimentary bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was always full of new dishes and the waiters were really sweet and always remembered our orders from the day before. Thank you to the staff for making our trip so wonderful. Everyone was helpful and friendly, helping us source quad bikes and giving us last minute information on day cruises. The front desk even arranged hiring a bike with 12 hours notice and they were able to help 24 hours a day too. transfers were always easy and the front desk sorted cabs to towns whenever we asked. The balcony views cannot be matched and all rooms face the caldera.

The view was good and I loved the breakfast for sure. The locality is very good in the mid of the attractions

I personally think the price was too much, as the rooms were just regular-sized and the Jacuzzi was not even cleaned. Internet troubled us until it got fixed the next day, shower head was not working in the bathroom.

Really liked room 111 and the staff and the amazing views.

Absolutely nothing

The view was the best part, it was so incredibly beautiful. Worth it to have the jacuzzi balcony. The breakfast is FANTASTIC. But it does start at 830 which sometimes doesn't work with travel or booked tours. This is a large place with many rooms so just be aware it may not feel as personal as some stays that only own a few villas.

The location was breathtakingly beautiful. The staff were friendly and very helpful especially the 2 ladies on reception and the staff in the restaurant at breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

My room was directly below the reception area and very near to the storage area for workmen and I was sometimes disturbed by noise from these areas.

The authentic setting makes it a lovely stay. Each with a balcony to have your breakfast or watch the sunset. Book a room with a jacuzzi if you can it makes the stay sooo much more memorable. The staff are very friendly and their knowledge of the area and recommendations are invaluable. Their choice for a sailing day was absolutely perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect for a stroll to Fira and also to Skaros Rock. Very close to restaurants and shops. It is very quiet and you forget where you are. Until you open your door and the view is sensational. The buffet breakfast is very diverse with so many choices. You can have your breakfast delivered to your room if you’d prefer. Highly recommend Pegasus Suites. Thank you to the staff and management for such a memorable stay.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views. Nice comfortable room and the pool area was nice with very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and there are quite a few great Resteraunt nearby for lunch or evening meal

Although most of the staff were exceptional including the front desk staff we the booking staff left a lot to be desired. We contacted to pay for an upgrade on a room they had available the day before we arrived and they started to send us contracts to sign and send back to guarantee payment. When we said we were already traveling and no access to printers and since we were arriving next day could they just hold it on good faith they started saying that was illegal which is simply absurd. A hotel can hold any room it wants for any reason. This was simply all about money. The management should really take some tips from their own staff about customer service. We had to take a few hrs out of our holiday staying in another resort just to go to this hotel day before and pay for the upgrade in advance just to secure an upgrade to a room they had empty. I understand this is a business but reputation is should be important to a business also!

Amazing location and views. Sunset at the hotel is as good as anywhere on the island.

To get breakfast in your room is a mission unlike other hotels.

Good quiet location but not too far from Fira. Great friendly helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for you . Fantastic views Clean comfortable room
