Charming East Hampton Springs Country Home with Beautiful Secluded Pool
Cette élégante ferme de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain se trouve sur près d'un acre de bois isolé dans la communauté artistique d'East Hampton Springs, près de la maison Jackson Pollack. À distance de marche de la baie de Gardiner et de l'estuaire Peconic, c'est un endroit idéal pour les familles pour se détendre. Cette ferme est transformée tout au long de la journée par la magnifique lumière qui pénètre à travers les nombreuses fenêtres à travers ses espaces à un et deux étages. La suite parentale est spacieuse et possède sa propre salle de bain récemment rénovée. Trois chambres d'hôtes à l'étage et couchage en option dans la tanière séparée en bas sont disponibles pour accueillir confortablement 10 personnes. La cuisine ouverte du chef a été récemment rénovée et s'ouvre sur une fabuleuse salle à manger avec une grande table en bois meublée Pottery Barn et des chaises en rotin qui sont parfaites pour se divertir. La salle à manger s'ouvre sur une terrasse extérieure (avec un barbecue à gaz) et une grande piscine entourée de chaises longues. Le porche avant est idéal pour une contemplation tranquille. Plus calme qu'East Hampton proprement dit, Springs est un charmant quartier, une évasion parfaite pour une sérénité tranquille qui est toujours à une courte distance en voiture de la ville ou des principales plages. Marchez ou faites du vélo pour profiter des plages tranquilles de Gardiner's Bay où vous pouvez faire du kayak et nager et les vues sont incomparables. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent des chaises de plage, des serviettes et des parasols, des flotteurs de piscine et une table à manger en plein air.

The house was on a great street , quiet and pretty. Front porch was a great spot for morning coffee and reading. Pool with deck furniture was awesome. Kitchen well stocked, sleeping comfortable. Owner was friendly and helpful. WiFi cuts out often , my daughter who was working on vacation had to leave early due to WiFi otherwise would recommend .

Lovely and Spacious home
We all really enjoyed ourselves and Ken the host was very attentive. The location is great! We were able to enjoy the lovely pool, beach, bike riding and great restaurants. The house is well stocked with anything you could need and very homey. We had a great BBQ around the pool for the 4th that we were able to make quite pretty with their outdoor dishes! It was so nice to be in a home that we could tell is well loved by the owners. We would highly recommend this house and would love to return ourselves someday.

Perfect Home for Family
Owner was very attentive and answered any any all questions. The property was clean and well laid out. The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. I was very impressed with the equipment provided in the kitchen as well as the generous supply of condiments and spices . It made it feel like home from the minute we arrived. Rooms were spacious and well appointed.
The pool was delightful with plenty of seating and pool floats and it had latched gates to prevent little ones from entering on their own.
Owners thoughtfully supplied beach towels and plenty of linens. Truly this house has everything you might need!

Family Reunion
This property enjoys the tender loving care of its owner. It is beautifully appointed with everything a guest could need or want. The kitchen has all of the utensils, spices, condiments, etc. ready for ease of cooking. The living spaces make it perfect for a large group. I highly recommend this home.

Happy in the Hamptons
The house was lovely, open interior, lots of windows and sunshine. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen had every appliance/gadget/utensil you could want. The owners thought of everything down to hats incase you forgot one! We would reccomend this house to anyone.

Perfect house for a family vacation
A great house in a private quiet neighborhood made for a wonderful family getaway. The pool was so nice we never really went to the beach. Great kitchen and family room, this house had everything we were looking for and then some. Wonderful amenities and personal touches were very thoughtful and appreciated.

Great location and nice house
The house was comfortable with a spacious living area and a nice kitchen & dining area. The location was great. Very close to the Springs General store and the bay and only10 minute drive to the bay and Atlantic Beach in Amaghansset.

Beautiful home in a relaxing environment
My family had a wonderful stay at Ken's home. He is very responsive and helpful as a host. The house is located in a quiet, relaxing area and the pool is wonderful! We were close to the beach, bay, and town without being too close, which was exactly what we wanted! Highly recommended.

AMAZING!!!
Can't say enough amazing things about this property & its owner! The house was immaculate & in a prime location. Pool was the absolute best part!!! Ken was SO wonderful & responsive. We HIGHLY recommend this house!! Can't wait to go back next year. Thanks Ken for making our family vacation a special one!!

Amazing Springs Rental with All Amenities
My family of four, and friends, have enjoyed this house the last two summers. It has all of the comforts of home, in a beautifully appointed setting. The house is well equipped with quality furnishings, and well maintained. The Springs are quiet and relaxing, but a short distance from the hustle and bustle of East Hampton, and a short drive to Amagansett. The kayaks and bicycles are a big plus. We recommend this house highly.

Wonderful Home!
I've stayed in the spring the last two summers, and those houses are no comparison to this one. The home is lovely - very spacious and beautifully decorated. Upon our arrival, the home was spotless, there were towels in every bathroom and the pool was ready to go. You can really tell someone thought about the property and how it should feel to guests. We spent our days by the pool and loved it. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

A perfect vacation home
My in laws, my young daughter, husband and I had a spectacular week in this spacious, immaculate home with a gourmet kitchen, large heated pool, neat stacks of novels and other amenities. We baked cakes, went for a bike ride to the charming general store, explored the gorgeous beaches, bought books at a nearby library book sale, ate in town and explored the area. The owners provided suggestions and were accessible and very pleasant throughout the week. We will remember this vacation very fondly and would love to return.
