Thank you Audrey .Very friendly , polite and helpful staff . Bed was very comfortable . Very clean toilet /bathroom . The room was excellent value for money . Highly recommended as I will surely love to be back here whenever I'm in Hervey Bay next .

was difficult to enjoy the stay when we had nothing in the room to feed ourselves - no plates, cutlery, microwave, bowls etc etc. couldnt even eat cereal for breakfast. resorted to toasting bread on the bbq (which were in serious need of a clean) for breakfast and using tea spoons for butter. have never stayed in a place that offered less than the bare essentials like that, especially for the price we paid Dont anticipate ill be back until some upgrades are done/rooms are equipped with at least the bare essentials.

Great location with easy level walk close to beach. pier. botanic gardens, shops and cafes. Great value for money and check in was a breeze. Would stay again if I was in the area.

A set of draws for clothing would be a welcome addition. I was disappointed to find the fridge had been turned off so that is something worth checking. All in all though it was very good value for money

Firstly the staff were all wonderful. I was able to check in early and the girls at reception were so helpful. I will definitely be returning to stay. I enjoyed the quiet location just a short stroll from the Esplanade, and there were even markets on the park😊

The room was adequate for my needs as it was a short term stay. It was cheap so for the price it was a reasonable.

Upon arrival I found out that there was no car parking offered for the room as it was at the end of the driveway so there would not be enough room to move the car around. This was not mentioned in the booking details and being an elderley person it was not safe to park the car in the car park which was some distance away particularly at night. Fortunately the staff did try to resolve this issue and offered a car parking space that was allocated to the utility store room close by. However this proved problamatic as other people also happen to use this spare car park so it was a juggling act to try and find a car park close to the room. If the owners removed some of the wasted space and the big tree they could easily build a car parking spot for guests so this problem would be resolved. But I guess its always about 'money' and not guests comfort.

Everything. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had loads of space! Food was lovely here and all the staff I met were super friendly !

Unit overlooked the lake and was quiet, clean and had everything needed for a night's stay. Loved the pool, the proximity to the bistro and enjoyed a early morning walk along the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed waking to bird song and then watching the antics of the coots, ducks and ibis while eating breakfast.

Dinner at the bistro was mixed. Seafood curry was great but the calamari as a main was not so good. The chips were cold and the calamari only just warm. The salad was lovely. They did offer a voucher for a complimentary meal... but since we were only there one night that wasn't an option.
