The bed wasn't comfortable for me.

The location was perfect and right across from the beach! The staff was very friendly and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, including shampoo and conditioner, a mini fridge, aircon, and coffee & tea.

For some reason our room's fire alarm went off the first night while we were sleeping. I believe it was just faulty or running out of battery, but it was really frightening in the moment!

Room was very spacious, and well cleaned. Facilities were also great. Very happy

Pool was a little bit shady due to all the palm trees, but it was a cold day so I'm sure on a hot summer's day that would be great.

The location was fantastic, the room was clean but dated. We could walk to most things we wanted to all along the esplanade, what a great place

The little fridge really isn't good enough, it wouldn't keep food frozen as there was no door on the freezer compartment, maybe it needs an upgrade

Really friendly staff. Good location. Nicely updated rooms. Car park right outside and you can use all the facilities in next door resort. We enjoyed our stay here.

I loved everything about it

We had a nice unit with a very comfortable bed, a decent shower and a good amount if space. The kitchen had the basics and we were able to use the laundry for our washing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The beach is just across the road and is great for kids as it's sandy and shallow. There are some good restaurants, shops and cafés nearby and a couple of playgrounds. The water park a couple of kms away was brilliant for our little boy.

Despite an individual code listed in the welcome pack in the room, the WiFi was shared and therefore incredibly slow. Several of the drawers and cupboards were badly fitted and didn't close properly. The bathroom was in need of some TLC - in particular the bath panel was broken and cracked leaving a gaping hole with sharp edges.

Tracy on reception is phenomenal and deserves a raise - don’t think I’ve ever met someone so sweet and helpful. The rooms are great, the pool is good, would stay again!
