The apartment and facilities were very good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nearly everything, staff were amazing. Facilities and pool were great.

The only thing would be to update the TV's to smart TV's other then that everything was great

Friendly staff on arrival and super easy to deal with. The townhouse had everything we needed and was super clean. Loved the new air-conditioning. Kids loved the pool.

quite a big 2 storey place, good space for a 4-5 people family. pool area and Rec room were great for the kids, on site managers were really nice. walking distance to local pub

interior is a bit on the older and dated side. Was pretty expensive next time I tried to book so chose elsewhere instead unfortunately.

The Grange was clean and tidy, the staff were pleasant and helpful. They advertise as pet friendly however due to the set up of the facilities the area echos a lot and any noise is amplified. I had two small dogs booked with me and one of my dog did bark on 6 separate occasions because children were playing outside our gate- very briefly over the two day stay. On each occasion I stopped him very quickly - our neighbour staying next door was vile and rude and on each occasion swore obscenities at us about dogs in general. Our stay in turn was a nightmare as I did not feel able to go outside at all and felt very intimidated. I would not stay here again and do not recommend anyone with pets book this facility.
