1. New, modern apartment in the heart of the town. 2. Great kitchen facilities. 3. Good WiFi and cable tv access. 4. Nice and cool. Classic European construction with thick walls.

1. No windows to look out of (very old building that’s been refurbished-thus no windows!) 2. We’ve grown accustomed to a complimentary breakfast during our stay and one wasn’t offered HOWEVER one was offered at a reasonable cost.

the location is right on the main street with a cafe and terrace on the ground floor. The ski bus stop, grocery stores and nice forests for walks are quite close. The hostess and all the staff very nice and helpful, also all the information for your stay is well described in the instruction book in the room. Very nice building, surprisingly equipped with an elevator. Easy access even at night - key lock.

a very small kitchenette and a table in the entrance of the room, so you can barely squeeze in. But the room was nice, spacious and the bathroom with shower was just perfect.

This hotel was right in the centre of Obervellach, the room was lovely although compact (perfectly good for one night), very quiet, nicely looking courtyard and a really good breakfast. It was also nice to sit in front of the hotel and have a drink. The staff were very friendly. Very convenient with bikes and right by the Alpe- Adria cycle route

It’s advertised as an apartment and if we had wanted one I would have been disappointed but as a room with an en-suite bathroom it was great!

The location is great.

However, this place advertises to have non-smoking rooms. If you have a room that is facing the enclosed courtyard, and from what I could tell they all have only one window that faces it, you might have the pleasure of smelling cigarette smoke rising from the courtyard below, all night. You can try to close the window, but the smell will linger in the very small room. During the summer the room was stuffy. Needless to say, it was difficult to sleep. I pointed this out to the owner the next morning, who had no real sympathy for my situation.

Everything was very nice!

You feel so welcomed at this hotel! The rooms are very well equipped, spacious and clean. The village is picturesque and close to Mölltaler glacier. we have been here twice and ate already planning our next visit.

We were very pleased with warm reception by Silvia and Isabela, always available to help guests. It was quite an interesting place - the center of beautiful and quiet town, historic but modernized building, fully equipped apartment and tempting café at the entrance to the building.
