Beautiful place on the lake and very peaceful.

I was in town for business and it was amazing to wake up with a lake view every morning! My friend was able to bring her two small dogs and we loved it. The owners were lovely and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Location and home had everything.

Relaxing and fun.

Comfortable get away for a week or a weekend. We came in July. Insanely hot but thw bass were still active. Loads of fun on the water and the host family was fantastic! Tha ks again!

The rental was clean and tidy with great views of the lake. It was super cozy and comfortable. We loved the location on the lake, in a semi quiet cove. It's also closer to shipping and restaurants. The owners are super friendly and communication was quick and easy. The only downside is that you can hear them walking around and their dogs barking above you, but otherwise it's the perfect rental. We'd definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen is small, but the outdoor living and amenities are fantastic. Everything was so well thought out. The property and dock exceeded our expectations. The Tibbetts were lovely hosts. We definitely plan to come back.

Wonderful location! Pictures do not do the property justice! We weren't at the house too much, as we were there for the Formula Drift races, but would definitely love to come back and spend time on the lake!

Everything you could need was at rental. Loved being right on the lake. Deck on top of dock with loungers is a nice place to catch some sun. Appreciated having amenities such as hot tub and fire pit. Great location close to groceries and restaurants.

Absolutely amazing stay. Couldn't think of a better place to unwind after long days at Road Atlanta. Waking up at sunrise to lake views is perfect. This is an awesome location. Our hosts were exceptionally communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. 100% chance we will return.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! While the house is a duplex, we had so much privacy and so many amenities available solely to us. The property was immaculate, the lake was beautiful, the weather was nice, I couldn’t have had a better time!

The house was nicer than the pictures. Everything was as described. The owners were very accommodating. We would highly recommend this unit. You are close enough to everything you need, but it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere.

Very nice accommodations and convenient to lake. Our lab loved the water access and was interested in the cats that resided on site. Local access to shopping was great and Don Carter State Park was great for outing with a short drive.

This is a cute and very roomy guest suite on the host's property with a beautiful view of the lake. Hosts are very nice and very responsive.

On our trip to Florida from Ohio, we stopped in Gainesville for a few days. It was a enjoyable and peaceful time with wonderful hosts, beautiful lodgings and magnificent views of the lake. The location is convenient to restaurants, stores, and good access to roads south! We truly thank our hosts for a peaceful time of well-needed rest! Did I mention, our dogs were in heaven!

First be clear, it's the lower level of a house. Owners live upstairs. That said, great location, adequate kitchen and best of all super hosts. Very clean property and it's a beautiful setting to relax. I was only there to sleep basically but I would stay again for sure.

We were in town for a wedding and the house was close to the venue, restaurants and shopping. We didn't spend a lot of time there but what time we did spend there was quiet and relaxing.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful time. The location was great! Close to stores and restaurants. Will definitely go back.

The property was as described. Shopping and restaurants nearby but home was in a quiet area. Not much boat traffic due to being in a cove. Relaxing hot tub right off the patio that we had exclusive use of during our stay. There is no stove or oven, which suited me. I did not want to cook on vacation. There is a microwave and toaster/convection oven and a gas grill and griddle outside. Full size refrigerator There is a hot plate but i could not figure out how to work it :) We cooked eggs, bacon and sausage on the griddle outside. The toaster oven cooked premade sausage balls and canned biscuits well. You can hear foot traffic from above and dogs barking but that was not a problem for us and that is to be expected in a basement apartment. The owner was very responsive and informative.
