Most Primo Spot on Lanier - Family Fun & Location, Location, Location!
Niché dans une crique à seulement 5 minutes en bateau de la marina de Gainesville et à quelques minutes en voiture de toutes les commodités des épiceries et des restaurants du centre-ville de Gainesville, se trouve cette paisible et majestueuse propriété au bord d'un lac. Une bénédiction pour les familles qui souhaitent un endroit pour s'échapper et s'évader. Les clients ont beaucoup de places de stationnement, y compris le stockage des remorques de bateau et resteront sur le niveau de la terrasse où chaque chambre a une vue magnifique sur le lac Lanier. Votre bordereau de bateau réservé est juste une courte promenade progressive du porche arrière.

You are renting the basement of the home. It has views of the lake and a large property. The owners are very nice and friendly. You do hear them walking around upstairs. You have privacy and can come and go as you wish.
It is a relaxing getaway spot and I would stay again.

The house was very clean and comfortable for us. It has 1 King room, 1 Queen room, and then bunkbeds off the living room in a nook near the bathroom. We weren't expecting 2 bedrooms, so this was a pleasant surprise. For cooking there is no dishwasher or oven/stove, but there is an air fryer, hot plate, toaster, coffee machine and 2 grills (one of them a blackstone) right outside under cover. Walking from parking to the entry and from the home to the dock was an easy hill. We met the Owner's and they were very welcoming and offered their availability if we needed or had any questions. Deep water at the dock, good for swimming and boating. Will definitely come back one day!

We live locally and wanted a fun relaxing weekend with family at the lake.
We brought our boat, dog, nieces & grand daughter.
Everyone had fun.
We enjoyed all the provided toys including the paddle boards, lilly pad, floats, & hot tub.
The kids loved jumping off the dock and the view from inside was almost as beautiful as the one from the dock.
I think we will be returning in the Fall to enjoy more boat rides and the amazing fire pit.
The owners live upstairs and even though some footsteps can be heard occasionally there is still plenty of privacy. Claudia & Mark were great hosts being friendly & informative while still giving us our space. We highly recommend this property.

I rented this for my son and his family for his birthday.
They said it was above and beyond what they expected.
The owners were very nice and the property was accessable to them kayaking , roasting mashmallows , going to town and just quiet to enjoy from working all the time. Highly recommend .

I was in town for business and it was amazing to wake up with a lake view every morning! My friend was able to bring her two small dogs and we loved it. The owners were lovely and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Comfortable get away for a week or a weekend. We came in July. Insanely hot but thw bass were still active. Loads of fun on the water and the host family was fantastic! Tha ks again!

The rental was clean and tidy with great views of the lake. It was super cozy and comfortable. We loved the location on the lake, in a semi quiet cove. It's also closer to shipping and restaurants. The owners are super friendly and communication was quick and easy. The only downside is that you can hear them walking around and their dogs barking above you, but otherwise it's the perfect rental. We'd definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen is small, but the outdoor living and amenities are fantastic. Everything was so well thought out. The property and dock exceeded our expectations. The Tibbetts were lovely hosts. We definitely plan to come back.

Wonderful location! Pictures do not do the property justice! We weren't at the house too much, as we were there for the Formula Drift races, but would definitely love to come back and spend time on the lake!

Everything you could need was at rental. Loved being right on the lake. Deck on top of dock with loungers is a nice place to catch some sun. Appreciated having amenities such as hot tub and fire pit. Great location close to groceries and restaurants.

Absolutely amazing stay. Couldn't think of a better place to unwind after long days at Road Atlanta. Waking up at sunrise to lake views is perfect. This is an awesome location. Our hosts were exceptionally communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. 100% chance we will return.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! While the house is a duplex, we had so much privacy and so many amenities available solely to us. The property was immaculate, the lake was beautiful, the weather was nice, I couldn’t have had a better time!

The house was nicer than the pictures. Everything was as described. The owners were very accommodating. We would highly recommend this unit. You are close enough to everything you need, but it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere.

The property was clean, relaxing inside and out and the hosts were super friendly (we got to chat a bit with Mark) - so welcoming. Thank you for a great place to stay, relax and visit with our family while in town for a graduation at RMA. It made our trip even better!!

Very nice accommodations and convenient to lake. Our lab loved the water access and was interested in the cats that resided on site. Local access to shopping was great and Don Carter State Park was great for outing with a short drive.

First be clear, it's the lower level of a house. Owners live upstairs. That said, great location, adequate kitchen and best of all super hosts. Very clean property and it's a beautiful setting to relax. I was only there to sleep basically but I would stay again for sure.
