駐車場が殆ど無く先着順(連泊してる人優先とかもない) シャワーの出が悪い、水しか出なくなる時がある。 連泊時は水2本追加でプレゼントと謳っておきながら冷蔵庫に水があると追加しない。 洗濯機と乾燥機が少なすぎる。

Central location

Shuttle to airport needs to leave earlier or be adjusted to the flight schedule , otherwise it's pointless.

The location is very central, the beds are comfortable and one of the staff was very nice to me (the one who was accommodating about the bicycle and the wi-fi), so thank you to him!

Although the location was good, as it is central, I found the amenities lacking and very old, especially for the price. It might be the cheapest option around but... compared to some guest houses I stayed at on other islands for a third of the price.. it's a little too much in my opinion. The staff was nice and tried to accommodate but one of my first mornings, I was woken up at 8am from the reception phone and they ask me if I had left my phone somewhere? It was odd and obviously a mistake, but not a very pleasant wake up call. I rented out a bicycle, which was of the worst quality (it hurt my bum so so bad) but at least the staff who rented it to me was very nice, and didn't charge me after hearing my feedback. On the second day, the wi-fi dropped completely and I couldn't do some of the work I was supposed to, but they changed me rooms straight away, which was nice but a little hectic. One thing I don't understand though... no one comes to make your room? No cleaning, no changing towels, only a plastic bag at your door with new towels. I am not sure if it was because of Covid but I wasn't told that there was a disruption of service when checking in. To me, when you stay at a HOTEL (not hostel) and pay the price, they should at least come and make your bed, as well as changing the bins.

Great locations, there are a lots of restaurants just down the street, sad thing is that they usually open at 5pm / 6pm, better also book for the breakfast as the convenience store nearby are always out of food, and restaurants that serve breakfast lunches are 10 - 15 mins away from the hotel.

This is a remote island, there's not much to offer by the hotels there, not many facilities / entertainment within the hotel meaning you'll have nothing to do especially this is place that always has storms hitting these islands.
