friendly staff and super clean room!

Being met at the ferry terminal made everything so easy, the room was gorgeous and so clean and the food was amazing

I truly enjoyed my stay here at Kanasuba Zamami. Their lovely garden was quiet and beautifully arranged. The owners and employees have a friendly and thoughtful way of treating their guests -from the oldest to the youngest guests. The breakfast was artfully created with each dish offering a special quality. Highly recommend this to a traveler with is looking for a beautiful Japanese experience.

The food was Excellent and the staff was Brilliant. The view of the common court yard/patio gardens were Beautiful. Great 24hr onsite laundry, outside shower, outside access toilet. Really a nice looking facility. I love how connected the business owners are. We had a snorkel trip scheduled for the AM and at breakfast the staff notified us that the Captain of our boat needed to change our time to the afternoon due to weather, very nice. There was so much moisture in the room our dry cloths were getting damp. We spoke up and the staff immediately got us a dehumidifier. Thank you it worked perfect.

Room type - Regular Twin. There was a design flaw in the shower which caused water to flow all over the bathroom floor with each shower we took. There was hardly any room to place our things. We would have liked at least a few open shelves maybe between the beds, in the closet and in the bathroom.

In few words: an exceptional hotel, amazingly friendly and helpful staff, and a stunning island.

Very well designed hotel, super clean rooms and dreamy food!!! The quality and the presentation of the food is beyond description! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was very new and very clean. The staff was friendly and the food was incredible!

We did notice a few ants coming in under the door so we made sure not to have any food in the room. But it was an exterior door and it is on an island so hardly something to be concerned with.
