Convenient location, local shops etc in easy reach and only 20 minutes walk to city centre or port. Very nicely furnished, but not just for show, was practical and comfortable as well, with excellent, kitchen and bathroom facilities, bed and sofa very comfortable too and lovely balcony with views of harbour.

Great apartment with all that we needed. Great to have a dryer for the clothes and the host helped us out when we didn't have coffee - thank you! It's an easy walk into the Old Town and there is a great coffee shop around the corner and supermarkets nearby. The garden is lovely to sit in in the sun.

We didn't realize there were two apartments so the photos were not of the apartment we were in - not a big deal but we would have liked the bath and the table for the children. The shower drain was partly blocked so we had to wait a while between showers so it didn't overflow.

Simos is a marvellous host, very kind and helpful. Check-in was super easy. We arrived very early (10:30) and the appartment still had to be cleaned, but a baggage drop-off and obtaining the key was no problem. The appartment was fantastic: huge and modern, absolutely new and spotless, equipped with everything you can think of. Huge smart-TVs in both living room and two bedrooms with free Netflix access. Very comfortable beds, modern appliances, even washing machine and dryer, bathroom with excellent shower and modern sink, and last but not least: two balconies of which one had wonderful sea view on the venetian harbour. And: free parking around the clock in front of the appartment. On foot the venetian harbour can be reached in about 15 minutes. We had a great time and can absolutely recommend this appartment.

Good, spacious place with lovely small garden… Nice view from balcony. Walking distance from old town. Nice personal… We hadn’t any problem with planes. But it was noisy sometimes…

The location did not seem very safe. It was walking distance to a restaurant and had a view of the harbor as promised. The interior was amazing. One of the largest places we stayed at in the mainland and three islands. The kitchen was clean (everything was clean) and the washer and dryer was a nice touch. The beds were very comfy.

Difficult time finding the location in a bad neighborhood. Owner/management did not answer texts or phone calls. No breakfast, far from areas of interest.

This house was very modern, comfy, well decorated, clean etc... Like a brand new appartement. Easy to find because of the explanations of Simos the owner. Very good communication with him, very helpful. Fantastic view over the harbour. 5/10 min walk from the port to catch the ferries. Planes didn’t bother at all. I really advice this flat.

It was the perfect stay. Near the airport and everything we needed. The apartment is big, clean and beautiful decorated. It has everything. We had a beautiful stay and for sure come again. Host was very kind and always helpful. Thank you!
