Very nice new hotel close to the port of Heraklion. Amazing for a quick stay over night or even for a few days! Rooms are new and neat really enjoyed it. Friendly staff too

Location was very good and also easy/cheap to park near the port area. View from breakfast salon was nice.

From the pictures on the hotel page, it looked like everything was clear and newly refurbished, but our bathroom was very old and the room itself lacked a bit of natural light during the day. Even though it was cleaned everyday, the aspect was not one of cleanliness.

Perfect location, walking distance to the port and the archeological museum. Breakfast is served at 6:45, convenient for catching an early ferry.

The balcony and windows had not been cleaned for our arrival but it was a last minute booking.

The room and the breakfast were outstanding, and so were the people. It was also close to everything! We will be coming back again! I especially liked the breakfast room with the fantastic view.

Seems like a silly complaint, but the soap dispenser was terrible. It was hard to access the soap to wash hands. I wish there was just a regular bar of soap. Had some trouble with the room heater but the staff helped fix it right away. Availability of hot water could be better.

The hotel is very well placed, in front of Venetian Port and very close to the center of town. The rooms facing the sea offer a beautiful view, they are good phonic isolated and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, you can choose between a lot of dishes. Is served at the roof floor and offers an amazing panoramic view over the port. You can park the car on the streets arround or in the parking close to the hotel (which is better) where you can have a discount based on the agreement between the parking and the hotel.

The cleaning in the bathroom was ok but can be improoved.

the location is good. but parking for checking in is hard. there is only one spot. and if it’s taken there is no way to park for check in. we had to circle around to get to a spot.

No tea or coffee facilities in room. No minibar. Grout in bathroom needs cleaning. Breakfast very disappointing.

The room was really dirty : dust all over the floor, lamps, etc. Sheet were clean but clearly the room had not been cleaned properly. Bathroom really basic, not clean either Very very noisy: you heard everything from the corridor, hall, street

it was close to the port for our onward travel. The breakfast was very nice.

I got stuck in the bathroom because the door lock was poorly maintained. the shower screen was very dirty

I was only here for 6 hours while the electric was being fixed at my apartment. Small but pleasant room. Great staff, no A/c but a nice breeze from window.
