Better than the pictures!! Great location close to restaurants, yoga classes, surf/atv rentals, and only a 2 minute walk to the beach! Our room was cleaned whenever we wanted and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast enough to work, which we appreciated.

The location is great, not far from the beach and close to cafés and restaurants. The garden and pool area are nice and beautiful.

The reception I got was too informal, there was no one waiting for me and I had to wait outside until some guests arrived. The place was generally clean, but the kitchen tops were moldy... strong fragrance in the bathroom I did not like. Look, I am sure some people might have a good enough stay here, but for me it was not what I expected...

Pleasantly surprised by these apartments! Great central location across the road from walking access to Playa Santa Teresa. Really spacious apartment with large bathroom and kitchen area. Lovely balcony with a hammock. Parking on site. Hosts were on site & very obliging. Would recommend for great value stay in Santa Teresa.

Location was great - beach across the street, tons of restaurants an easy walk away, no road noise, despite the ongoing construction all over Santa Teresa. Loved the pool - it was perfect after a day of salt water. Loved having a kitchen. We had an upstairs apartment and the lofted ceilings and super strong ceiling fans kept the air moving and the bugs at bay. Owner was accessible and responsive to questions and friendly. Best bonus was friendly cats that sometimes slept over ❤❤❤

There were 2 deal breakers during this stay: 1. The exterior gate to the apartment complex did not lock; nor did the windows in the apartment. For 2 women traveling together, this is just not a risk I am comfortable with. We didn't have any issues, but I also didn't sleep well. 2. And speaking of sleep :-( We got a 2 room apartment because we have different sleep schedules. Unfortunately the twin beds in the second bedroom were not only rock hard, they were on wood frames and the noise with every movement was like sleeping on a bag of potato chips! Because of this I ended up sleeping on the futon couch in the living room. Equally rock hard but at least quiet. The blankets were also like something I would expect to find at a hostel - not a mid-range apartment. Worth noting: each bedroom has an individual AC unit - but no AV in the kitchen and main room, which is where I was sleeping. Not a crisis in March but in summer I may had to choose AC over potato chip bed 🤣

Good vibes in this lush little oasis in Santa Teresa. Owner/staff very gentle and easy to deal with. Pool area nice. Loved the hammock and breakfast table on our porch, overlooking the pool.

Mattresses could maybe have been a little more comfy.

An oasis - Great location set back from the busy road through Santa Teresa. easy walk to beach and great cafes, supermarkets in walking distance. The pool is very welcome on hot days. Helpful staff too!

Sharper knives for cooking would be good.
