Excellent location and staff, we traveled with our five years old and they had a lot of toys and kids activities.

Misleading - says parking is available, but you have to pay additional and we had to wait hours for it to be available Food - breakfast was disappointing and no flexibility (coffee was not available until 8:10am, eggs only made a certain way, beans were basically just soup, cold coffee) could not get an extra key for the room

Great location, we got clean rooms. Good wireless network. The place itself is very nice

We made a reservation through booking and when we arrived at the hotel we were told that if we pay by credit card, we must add another 10% to the price. Of course we refused and the hotel accepted it. We traveled for 3 weeks and no hotel required it. The staff was not available at all. The room was cleaned only after we requested.

I have been staying in hotels in Guatemala for over 20 years. Posada San Carlos del Parque is a really wonderful, small, Guatemalan hotel. For the price, the hotel room was exceptional and the staff was always helpful. The location is excellent (just a block and a half from Central Park) and many restaurants to choose from within a 10-minute walk. I ate breakfast there each morning and it was excellent as well. The wifi there was very fast compared to most other hotels and locations in Guatemala.

The hot water wasn't very hot but this is a pretty common issue in most Guatemala hotel rooms. I have stayed in much larger boutique hotels that had the same issue.

The bed was really, really hard - like sleeping on a piece of plywood.

Lovely stay and free breakfast and coffee whenever was very nice!

We liked everything in this hotel. I recommend you to stay in room number 8 as it’s isolated plus have a beautiful ceiling. The staff included Carlos, the owner was very friendly. I recommend this place if you stay in Antigua. :)

while I hate leaving unsavory reviews, I took time out of my day to do that for this place. cleanliness and noise are top priory for me. the room was filthy and they were doing construction on top of my room. oh yeah very dusty and no hot water (but it’s all secondary to cleanliness)
