The staff here are incredible. We were overwhelmed at the highest level of service we received. They had a genuine desire to take care of us and make our stay the best it could be. They went out of their way to accommodate the needs of our group. They also took great care to make a special setting for the birthday dinner of a group member. We thank all the staff who took care of us, but in particular we would like to thank Mr Netto Chathuri Sanath Madura Sadeepa Sanjit in the gym We are sorry if there are any names we have forgotten.

Excellent location, adjoining the Grand Hotel and very close to Nuwara Eliya town. Friendly and accommodating staff. Lodging is available for drivers and free parking for vehicles. The breakfast buffet (included in cost) is exceptional.

A la carte service in other restaurants at the hotel is spotty. Probably a function of low occupancy. You need to inform them in advance of your intention to eat there.

hotel is very old. beds and billows are not comfortable at all. breakfast selections was not much - not tasty.

The only think I liked was the location of the property and staff behaviour.

The bathroom was poor The food was extremely poor quality The beds were poor. The rooms were quiet sad The really need to look at changing the Chefs I order to keep up the standards. We had dinner and breakfast, both where extremely poor and some of the food was not cooked properly.

the hotel is at a good place with amazing food and pool. Renuka and Keluno were really helpful in the hotel and made our stay very peaceful. The Spa is also good
