Location was very central for everything-beach, theme park, restaurants etc

The complex is not family friendly. The residents who live there do not enjoy sharing their space with tourists. it doesn’t make sense to only open the indoor pool and tennis courts at certain times when there are kids staying in the complex. The use of shower caps for the indoor pool was not well advertised. Not changing the towels/bedding is really inconvenient this should be an added extra. No loungers or chairs round the pool - do not just use your towel as the grass is very spikey! The gardeners are rude and do not seem to enjoy their jobs. We asked them to clean up that cat poo and they tried to imply that there are no cats so must have been human - we seen about 5 cats. Rubbish bins outside of the complex were very smelly.

The apartment was perfect and quite spacious. Also the location was ideal near everything we wanted.

I had no dealings with staff at apartments, . The rooms were dirty, mattress was stained, cheap uncomfortable beds. 2 shutters broke, had to fix them ourselves or possibly not get back our deposit, loads more reviews on here that this has happened to other people. All rubbish had to be removed from apartment when leaving which is fine but there was no bins on site. Keys to be collected in different location, 15min walk, this would have been fine when you didn't have your bags with you! Originally i booked the penthouse apartment which sleeps 6 for 4 adults, 9 months before our stay. Closer to the time things had changed and I emailed asking would there be a chance of adding another 2 people perhaps and we could pay on key collection day for everything . Things turned out that only 5 of us travelled at the end and they would not give us the keys unless we payed for 6, this ended up expensive when you take the €300 deposit too. The guy where we got the key from was very ignorant and should not be dealing with customers. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing.

Beds were very uncomfortable The host wasn’t much help No cleaners came but we were told they would Washing machine stunk so we couldn’t wash out towels (only gave 1 towel each for the full week) We had to move beds around as the door was swinging into my bed but half of the deposit was taken away due to “the wall being damaged” this was already damaged upon arrival or else we wouldn’t have been able to move the beds. I would only chose this place as my last option if I’m being honest

Apartment not clean, grout missing from tiles,tiles loose on walls, shower area had black mould, Mouldy silicone around kitchen sink, mirror missing in the bedroom. Bedroom light did not work, awning arm broken, 2 plastic chairs outside broken, Behind sofa not cleaned, behind toilet not cleaned and used sanitary pad found behind toilet. smear marks all over stainless steel fridge/freezer (Picture does not show true state as it was taken at the end of the week not when we first arrived). Oven unclean and shower glass never been cleaned. Dust on the top and water marks all over glass. No iron or ironing board. No pool side bar/food area. No seating around the pool so got bitten by ants from lying on towels on the grass.

Ppoperty was very well equipped, good location, lovely pool.

It would have been easier if the key pickup was at the onsite reception rather than 1km away. Also, we reported a couple of maintenance items such as security shutters not operational, but these were not addressed.

Everything was good ,make sure you contact them about key collection they charge an extra 15 euro to put them in a safe outside there office.If your flights is delayed 15 euro a small price to pay, there office closes 8pm our flight was delayed.

Having to pick up keys by taxi from a separate office only open until 2000- fortunately flight was on time

It was a large Appartment, very clean, with quite a well stocked kitchen. The sofa was very comfortable, and the Appartment was nicely decorated.

The complex itself was very high rise, and looked industrial. The outside pool wasn’t operational. There wasn’t good signage around the complex. The upstairs balcony area was a bit run down.

Indoor facilities were not open. This was not advertised to leave the customers know. The main reason I booked hotel is that I could head to the gym and have a dip in the jacuzzi

The terraces are big and lovely, and everything is very spacey. Kitchen is nicely packed

The hot water did not work, the beds are a bit uncomfortable, and they did not warn us that the spa was closed. Also the blankets were kind of stinky and it was not nice to sleep with those

The apartment was big and spacious and had everything that was needed for the stay. The kitchen was fully equiped It has two very big private patios There was an indoor pool with a sauna and jacuzzi in the complex The location is extremely close to the town centre and beach (5-10minutes walk) It is only a 15-20 minute walk to the theme park

The apartment is made of very poor quality materials and despite being clean, the cracks in the walls, the poor quality furnishings and mould in the bathrooms made it feel uncomfortable. The beds were extremly uncomfortable, the matresses (main room and kids beds) were very hard and very used. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and other furnishings around the apartment were broken The sofa was very worn and you could feel the frame when sitting on it.

The location was perfect. 15 mins from the beach and from Parqueaventura.

The swimming pool, spa and gym facilities were all closed. The apartment itself was like a doss house. Mis-matched furniture, broken sharp dryer, old grubby sofa which smelt.

Gentleman on reception where we picked up keys was very helpful.

Late check in time Cleaning service was not included in the price and we were asked to clean the flat during our one night stay
