amazing staff members

The woman in the lower bed is always noisy talking on the phone in the morning and at night. She should call outside the room, not inside, even though there are other people still sleeping. should put a notice in the room,

Threre is a very nice rooftop restaurant where you can chill all day long, the prices are very affordable and the food was tasty !

We had a room with a noisy fan and it was so hot even during the night. We heard too much the noise of the road just in front of the room. We saw many cockroaches in all the common restrooms.

I like that the staff was accomodating and hospitable to their tenants. The room, despite being ventilated by an electric fan, was a comfortable room to sleep on and their shared bathroom is cleaned and well equipped. Wifi is also good there!

The private room does not have a storage to store your clothes and valuables.

The staff was really nice and helpful, the room was very clean, the other guests were also very courteous and didn't make any noise. The hostel is situated near many businesses and restaurants. The hostel also had a restaurant and laundry if you really don't want to leave the structure.

The area of Manila the hostel is situated in isn't the best, you won't get mugged on the streets because there are a lot of guards in front of the shops and other hotels but you will find beggars. As per usual being cautious is recommended for a big city such as this.

Very nice common area, good atmosphere, friendly staff. Very good service overall.

Room and toilets could be cleaner and better manteined. The mattress was quite thin but the bed still comfortable.
