Clean,no insects,good WiFi,pleasant housekeeping staff,close to Robinson
There was no TV control. Had to get up to physically turn off the TV every night

Maintainance cleaning i notice it was not like that before,been checking in for how many times in your hotel but experience with my latest trip was not good..linens doesnt smell good and the room smells bad

The location is just perfect. Very close to the Robinsons Place Manila. Clean and comfy room. Great amenities. Surrounded with so many restaurants.
I’m a non-smoker. During the night it is always smells cigarette smoke in our room. Probably from outside.

The rooms were clean, Ac have a nice performance, Wi-Fi was too strong, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Manila.

Nice comfy room, super great view from the balcony. Friendly and welcoming employees. Everything went smooth.

The facilities are old, it has a creepy vibes and the housekeeping we asked for a cleanup ignored us

This hotel has been very popular for many years as it is today. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were attentive and courteous. The view was beyond expectations. The location was surprisingly convenient for many different interests.
Every hotel has something yet noting to mention here. If something came up it was attended to right away. Impressive considering 49 plus stories.
