The Proximity to Belize Diving Adventure. The proximity to Ramons and Sammys for bfast. Great quite beach area and view of the ocean.

Nothing stood out, however Im concerned that the new water taxi facility and the new Marriott will change the level of noise and/or traffic that will make the stay less peaceful.

The layout of the buildings and units around the pool offers great views.

The bed in the unit we stayed in could use a new mattress. The floors were swept and appeared to be clean but our feet turned black with in minutes of walking barefoot, when we asked for a mop we were told that they clean every day but we never saw any mops being used.

Il personale privo di empatia e asettico. Siamo arrivati alle 14.15 e avremmo dovuto avere la camera. Ci hanno detto di aspettare 1 ora. Non ci sono Luoghi dove sedersi al coperto ,ne la possibilità di avere una bevanda in quanto non esiste bar o ristorante. Bisogna uscire dalla struttura e camminare in una strada trafficatissina e impolverata per almeno 5 minuti. La giornata era ventosissima e si è messo a diluvirr. Ci siamo riparati sotto un ombrellone. Io stavo male: mal di gola e febbre. Ho pregato di darci la stanza ma mi hanno risposto che dovevano finire di pulire 8 stanze. Consideriamo che la stanza deve essere lasciata alle 12 e vengono anche a bussare mezz’ora prima…alle 15.15 chiediamo la stanza. Ci rispondono che devono finire di pulire 8 stanze…ora mi chiedo ma se alle 12 le stanze sono vuote, per pulirle ci vogliono la bellezza di 4 ore e 15? A causa di questo attendere al freddo e al vento, la sera ( capodanno) avevo la febbre a 40 e la tosse. Una vergogna!!!

Beautiful view, easy access to grocery stores, dive facilities, and within walking distance to downtown. It nice that the suites have kitchen facilities which makes it easy to avoid eating out all the time which can get expensive on San Pedro.

Property is a condo corporation and people rent out their suites when they aren’t in county. Some of the owners when there (justifiably) treat the place like they own it (which they do); however, in doing so they often break the stated rules and have loud parties around the pool, use glass containers on the pool deck (beer bottles etc), and a few other things that make it a bit awkward and hard to enjoy the amenities.
